Post count

Mine doesn't seem right when you factor how long I've had this account for. Then again for the last few years I've only been active during PCX or Christmas, this on top of my general habit of only posting when I really have something to say on topic..

To admit; I really care this post thing (don't know why however). I guess 10 posts per week is enough for me because I won't be able to spend time here as much as I want, unfortunately. :/

When I like a forum I post a looooot. I like to be known, because if I am going to become a part of something I want people to notice me. But I don't post to be noticed, or else I would be a spammer. I try to contribute to a thread the best I can c:
Just 2 days ago, you were 10? :pink_disbelief:
Don't afraid to look like a spammer because everyone can see honesty and sincerity in your posts. :)

Hmm whaat? I am much older than 10 years old.. you meant I had 10 posts? O.o

My post count makes sense since I've been nothing more than a casual poster. Maybe when I originally joined I probably posted more. Overall I'm okay with where my post count is and it's just a number. Eventually I'll get to 2,000 lol.

It's a big number, at least by this board's standards. I don't have any outstanding thoughts about it; it's just something I've done because I felt like doing it each time.

Ive only been here for 2 years 1 of which i was active in so for me 3000 is quite large i see some people with 16,000 and im like woah but obviously alot of people have been here longer than 4+ years so the post counts vary.

The posts per day is more interesting to me where i have 4.76 per day which id say is like 20 minutes of my time so i dont spend my life on here i guess.....well maybe just alittle bit.

I've been on this forum for 4 years now and my post count doesn't reflect that at all. I'm normally just lurk the forums and if I find something interesting to talk about then I'll post. I am trying to be more active, so maybe that will change.

I think the highest post count that I ever had was 400, and that was on a Zelda forum, but I don't post there anymore. With that all said, I don't think I spend too much of my time on forums.

I have a tiny amount of posts for the number of years I've been on this site! This account was created just last year but I only used it for a couple of days and have just recently started using it again. I've been lurking the site since about 2008/09 etc. and do have an old account on here somewhere!

My post count is low compared to how many years I've spent here and the positions that I've held. But due to social anxiety, I'm afraid to post a lot around the forums, and prefer only to post when I have something substantial to contribute. So even though the staff here have a spampit for a perk, I rarely made use of it.

I'm comfortable having the post count I have, factoring in account age and position. Anything more would make me feel weird and wonder if anyone is tired of me being here.

This forum is the only one that I've hit this many posts on. My next highest post count on a different forum is in the very-low-1000s.

EDIT: I just looked at my post count and realized that it's in the 8000s and not the 7000s like I originally thought! Shows just how much attention I pay to it these days.

My post count is unimportant to me in most considerations. I've always been a member of the school of thought that says "Quality < Quantity".

So if I have something interesting to say; I say it. If not, I don't. If my post would be heated or anguished, I write it out in the submit box and never submit it. If my post would be passionate; I read it over tens of times before sending it in. I try not to let myself post when inebriated with lack of sleep or lack of calm. (I don't drink intoxicating things)

In my 11 years I've only amassed just over 5k. I don't see any rush to 10k or even 25k, but it may happen in the fullness of time.

My postcount is pretty ridiculous but my "posts per day" average is only 6.97 since I've been here so long... which is not ridiculous at all, so I'm happy with it. XD; I remember a summer when I was averaging about ~120 posts every day and that was pretty over the top (it was the year BW came out, I think? I ended up being the only one handling the BW forum during the mornings in NA timezones before we found a mod and it was crazy).

I'm still kinda sad I never ever hit the #1 spot. I was posed to be first to 30k once but a recount came out a few weeks/months before it happened and someone else ended up beating me to it and, even though it's petty, I lost a lot of interest in posting after that. I liked setting little goals for myself and missing that one for such a stupid reason (he didn't even come here anymore!!) really sucked. I could technically aim for #1 now but there's no way I'd make it before Alli because she's catching up too fast. :P

Eh. I've lost most of my interest and motivation to post in forums. Considering that, I think the amount of posts I've managed to make here are downright impressive. I think it's 600 or so and I joined in February of 2014, disappearing on and off a few times. It's just that I've pretty much lost my patience for socializing with other people, coupled with the fact that I don't feel like I'm very noticed or appreciated or like I fit in, which is something I need to garner the motivation.

Right now, I'm posting because I'm bored and got sick of another forum. So the amount might rack up to a higher amount. But it'll probably not pierce past 1,000.

I've always hovered around 4 posts per day ever since coming back here a couple years ago. Sometimes I post a lot, sometimes I just lurk, but at the end of the day it's always at 4 ppd. I'm climbing at a steady rate, although I didn't think I'd ever stick around a forum this long to rack up those posts in the first place.
