What do you with random thoughts? Do you practice things such as journaling/ channeling it into writing or find other inspiration with them? Or let them pass?

I'm constantly searching random thoughts into google, and occasionally I'll make a thread about whatever I'm thinking about. On the old forum I used it really bothered a particular person, who would go on my profile to tell me "stop shitposting". It gave me more topic ideas, such as "How do you feel regarding criticism"? and "Do you feel more outspoken when using the internet"?

I've delved into journaling but it's not for me I do not think.

If I have an idea, I consider it before doing anything.
If it's just some random thought like what if there was canned lettuce, than I don't do anything.

I get a ton of random thoughts - sometimes ones involving doing things that would make me cringe for some reason. The human mind is a complex thing orz. Usually I just let them pass, even if I'm feeling especially creative. It's been a bit hard to actually translate that creativity into drawing/writing the last year-ish so thoughts usually end up staying in my head without going elsewhere... as much as I'd love to write or draw the cool ideas that pop into my head sometimes. I have a journal specifically for these kinds of things. If I have a thought that resonates with me I'll write it down. If I have a feeling maybe I'll write a poem or draw something in it.
