So I'm going to list all the Pokemon that can learn Block by level-up:

Snorlax
Sudowoodo
Nosepass
Bastiodon
Bronzong
Bonsly
Tangrowth
Probopass
Landorus

This list may be irrelevant (*if* Cheshire Cat is telling the truth about being Ferrothorn and using rapid spin), but it may still help us narrow down the list of suspect (pokemon, not players... yet).

Hopefully someone will get ideas from this list? I don't think any of these pokemon outright shut "ROCKET!" to me, but that doesn't say much either.
 
Melody is suspiciously quiet. Not even sure I've seen her post once in this game. :| I know Rozu bonded to her, but I can't see why she'd still be in the game when she's not too active.
 
I might as well omgus Bard considering that he attacked me for literally no reason & I'm not gonna be paying much attention to the forums for the next day or so.

Have you silenced people before or is it a one-time use ability? If yes, which people did you silence on which days?

Ok, so you're afraid Cheshire could rally people to attack someone? (Is this what you meant?)
I don't remember Bact doing anything more aggressive then defending himself (I might be wrong), which is usually helpful in determining whether someone's inno or not. How can you judge someone when they don't do anything?
 
I silenced Syn last day and Cheshire today.

Maybe I shouldn't have done the latter, but that was what I thought was best. If you guys have suggestions for next night I'm all ears.
