On that note, am I the only one who thinks it is very interesting that there are three staff members in this game. One has been identified as a green thanks to the vigilante, two of them are under suspicion due to Archer's innocence.

I would also like to draw attention to this

In that post El says he was the detective in the last game, but anyone who watched that game or participated in it will be aware that a user going by the name of maccrash was in fact the detective in that game. On top of that, he again goes to Klippy as his defence. This makes El and Klippy look even more suspicious and leads further credence to my LYNCH THE STAFF theory.
 
I lit a cigarette with my new golden lighter. For some reason, the sting of betrayal by gimmepie is leaving me feeling weak. I certainly wouldn't defend a criminal, but...in my gut...I knew El was innocent. Call it an instinct or perhaps I had taken the time to look into him and see his true color. All I knew was the honest-to-God truth...El was no Green.

Call it a twist of fates or perhaps simply a little sleuthing...I puffed on the cigarette again and stood up from my chair.

"You can blame me all you damn well want, but the truth is always revealed sooner or later. Trust me...finding out what color blood I bleed will end in regret." I hoped they'd see reason and logic in my words and look another direction. I shifted my eyes across the crowd and they fell upon a suspicious character... gimmepie, himself.
 
No, you're right gimmepie. I got my roles mixed up. Shows how much I knew about my role. I was the Jailer while maccrash was the Detective. That was a mistake on my part. I can show you the confirmation message if you need proof, or contact honey if you want to interrogate her.

I really didn't want to do this because I could get revenge killed, but if you're going to point the finger at me so be it. I can't be a suspicious character because I'm the one that killed apocalypseArisen. Do I have proof, nope none but if you were stupid enough to kill me that would all be revealed anyway.

You're still defending El, yet you couldn't possibly know his alignment unless you're the detective. Which I doubt because I'm pretty sure that was emo. El's story does make sense, but it is still quite shifty sounding.
 
Checking in as part of the Supporter Mafia RPG. I think that's what I'm supposed to do?

Are you saying what I think you're saying? You may just gone and screwed yourself by saying that. Only time can tell.

Also Klippy, you're still not excused from accusations because you claim your innocence and that we'll regret killing you. Not that you were implying being excused, but we can still point to anyone here because there's no way we can know anybody's allegience, except for those who've died.

No, gimmepie can't be the Detective. At least it doesn't make any sense. Why say you're the Detective when not a single vote has been cast yet as to who to kill? Seems too hasty to me. If he was the Detective then he's automatically dead next round. However, if he's Mafia then he wouldn't die by his own partners in crime, as well as the fact that he would become immune to the supporters because we would all be too afraid to kill the "Detective."

My brain hurts, but that's what I've inferred thus far.

At this stage I'm proposing we lynch either El or Klippy to see if I'm right.
I was right about apocalypseArisen so even if I'm wrong about them, we aren't any worse of as a whole if I'm wrong.

It would also be reasonable to expect that if I'm wrong you'll all try and kill me off, but I can live with that since I got one of them anyway.

While you could indeed be the Vigilante, I am going to hold your views on a higher pedestal. HOWEVER if we go along with one of your plans to lynch El or Klippy and they turn out to be Supporters then you will automatically become a target in my eyes.

I'm totally okay with that since I'm probably going to get revenge killed in the next night phase anyway.

I have to drop the Noir character for now. I can guarantee you I'm not a Green and maybe I might be the real detective. Maybe not. But I did look into El and I did find out he was innocent. That's the best I can afford you. I'd like your trust and if you want my trust back, gimme, then I'll believe you're Vig. Someone should protect him tonight if that's the case.

If you're willing to believe me, we need to inspect other posters and see. I honestly think the Greens are less likely to be saying anything worthwhile. They're sitting back to let us all fight.

I am willing to admit that apocalypse's tendencies to be quiet and to avoid saying anything of relevance were what tipped me off to her being a Mafia member. I also admit that it would be way too easy if all the staff were the mafia members.

I also however, have to say it seems very strange for you to suddenly decide to say what you just did. Still, it seems too risky to lynch Klippy if there's a chance of him being the detective - even though it seems extremely suspicious that the "detective" would out themselves suddenly when suspected and then ask for someone who is technically a much less valuable player to be protected instead of themselves.

I suggest we vote to lynch El. That would give us four possible scenarios.

1. El is innocent - Klippy who is a mafia used his knowledge of the other mafia members to pretend to be the detective. Chances are in this scenario I get lynched and you fall for the trap, but when my innocence is revealed Klippy goes during the next turn.

2. El is innocent - Klippy is actually the detective, or at the very least also innocent and arachnidsgrip didn't make this as easy as I'd hoped. I also look very suspicious and if I survive the night you get to lynch me.

3. El is guilty - Klippy is also a mafia, lynch all staff. I... probably get revenge killed by the mafia. A scenario where I don't die would be cool.

4. El is guilty - Klippy is innocent but lied about being the detective to protect someone he thought is also innocent (very unlikely I'd say). Seriously, even in this situation I'm the most likely target o.O

Either way it seems the most logical move is to lynch El for the sake of information if nothing else. I'd like to ask that if anyone has the ability, they protect Klippy for now though (assuming you all agree with me). That way we are prepared in case he actually is the detective, it would be pretty stupid to protect me since I've used my one-time night action and am nowhere near as valuable as a detective.

Although lynching Matt will give us info we should wait and see any suspious behaviour. We don't want to blindly lynch just yet...
 
The people that like debating tend not to be the mafia. The ones that show up and blindly vote near the end of the day should be our real suspects.

For the record, I am a supporter. Though I don't anticipate being left alive long.
 
Klippy's color changed, I think that's enough proof of him being an evil dude.

So you're the Vigilante, then? To be honest I'm not sure if it's a good thing to come right out and say that when many people are suspicious of you and the Vigilante just killed a Green. Even if you're telling the truth, it doesn't really look good, with you saying that you can't be guilty, but you have no proof and it would be stupid to kill you. And if you are telling the truth and you don't get lynched, then the Greens would probably make you their next target, which means you're screwed if the Doctor doesn't protect you. And, by the by, if you are killed, it won't be said whether or not you were the Vigilante. It might be hinted at, but I don't believe all will be revealed.

oh goodness. Right now things seem to be getting a bit too chaotic. We should probably try to discuss things with more level heads and whatever facts and evidence we can muster if we don't want to end up doing the Mafia's job for them.

I think I'll read back through some of the thread now to see if there's anything I can find.
