We actually have a few Pokemon fans in our college's gaming club. They, in fact, sit in the student union and openly discuss Pokemon strategies and such.

I don't go around preaching my interest in Pokemon, but if someone asks I'm not going to hide it from them, either.

You totally have to do that again. I once wore a Totoro winter hat to school, complete with floppy ears and all. It was glorious. People just went with it because they labeled me as a theater kid and apparently they all can wear whatever they want and no one says anything.
