it's almost refreshing for it not to be me in this situation
 
I mean, the rules are in this topic, wouldn't be that hard to get started.

I have exams next week, so they gave us 3 days off. After this week I have only 5 days of lessons left.

That makes more sense. Schools don't randomly hand out days off for no reason, haha.

Back in high school, we'd get about a week off to study for the upcoming exams and in university we'd get about 2 weeks. Then once I switched to college, my exams are during class time so that's dreadful ;-;

I've gotten a week, two weeks, and three days. For my final exams I get a whole month.

The educational system over there seems so...different than ours. I have a friend who recently came back from med school in England so he's here for about a month, goes back for exams and apparently he has May-September off, and doesn't start school until October. Semesters over there seem like a mess to me @.@ But I'm sure it works, just mindblown.

The Dutch school system works a bit different from the British. I really like how we have set it up over here.
 
We usually get a week with minimal classes scheduled, and then one free week during which exams go and you will have to study best you can before yours takes place.
 
In Spain, we usually had a couple weeks off in May, then we did out exams in the last two weeks, and then we went on holidays between June and early October.
 
Jealous of the people who get breaks in their programs...Ever since switching schools and career paths, my program doesn't allow time for any long periods off since it's condensed into 2 years rather than 3 or 4. So I have alternating terms of working or studying, but nothing longer than 2 weeks following final exams ;-; Work hard now, play harder once I've graduated!
 
Wait, you can block forum styles? That's what I'm getting reading these posts.
 
Sadly, my college lets out for class on April Fools Day itself. That would have made for a nice day to get to pull pranks on people while they were in school.
 
I didn't realize Red Vs. Blue was still a thing. I feel like that started when I was in elementary school.

yeah for gods sake I was like 8 when it started wtf
