The Darkest Dungeon

Almost inclined to attack, myself. Evil doctors and nurses are some of the most disturbing evils.

Dunno why but this reminded me of the media from TF2, the one who lost his medical licence and convince people ribs grow back

Anyway I really don't know who to attack, zehn seems really chill about his role even though it visibly sucks, and melody just went apeshit lmao

Eh screw it, [Grab my pitchfork and toss my sheep shearers] Melody

I'm awake, Zehn's story got worse and I don't see the point of giving him a fifth time to explain his role.

[attack] Zehn

I'm awake too now
Yes I am the nurse.
Whoever I attack get 5HP

Ok then
[Attack] mana
If no one minds waiting you will see mana on full health on the end of the phase
And if I doesn't you can easily kill me tommorow

I'm gonna hop on another person to attack, probably revealing the amount of damage I deal as a risk, especially considering that my damage is considered scummy... eh whatever. <_<

[ATTACK] Davepetasprite^2

Sorry, it's just that I have a really odd feeling about Gunner. :/

That was just because I didn't want to reveal I could heal people

Yes, I THINK WE Should be killing zehn.
but, for today
[ATTACK]Meloby

As for Zehn, we can find out at night whether he's telling the truth. Nimsy's the most audacious of the villagers (apart from Zehn, himself) but Lycanthropy is the one with the lowest known attack (being 1). If he were to attack Mana and we don't see any dealt damage (assuming gained health isn't shown- or at least, isn't marked as gained), we'll know at the very least that he has healing properties.

Technically we don't need Zehn alive for this, but...really, I don't see much reason to kill him so soon when we know he'll be weak anyway. Past today, if he's telling the truth, he'll likely be prey to Night Actions, anyway. I don't really think jumping on him so quick will be doing us any favors.

I don't much expect cooperation, but then again, I don't really have much stake in this. It's little more than a suggestion.

Okay I don't think we should attack Zehn, much better to wait and see what the damage total the next day suggests.

I'm all for attacking Melody also, since she's coming off a bit suss. Let's just remember though that if I attack her she's basically dead anyway and it would render all your other votes meaningless.

After Absol's last post, I'm finding them a bit suss personally. What's your interpretation?

Edit: I have to go to work now, I'll post my kill when I get home. Try to let me know who to hulk-smash by then. :)

I'm gonna wait to see who gp smashes before I attack someone.

Mel did decide to randomly attack me yesterday, so I have no qualms in returning the favor if gp doesn't squish her today.

Being quiet does not mean one is scummy; but it seems you're rather new around here. I've always played this way; no matter what my role. Mind you I do speak up. and did speak up yesterday but I have a life too...and other tasks I am responsible for on PC. :p

I'm suspicious of you now faer; randomly pointing the finger is usually fairly scummy...even if you don't have any information to go on. There's been a fair bit of theorizing going on though so why don't you pay attention to that instead of pointing the finger?

Seeing as how I'm a target already; why don't I just [Attack] faer? That's what he wants right? I don't mind being the first to draw my sword, there's no better ideas at the moment and I like to honestly commit to my scumreads anyways. I hope the rest of the village does understand this though, this isn't just retaliatory; it's new information on which I'm acting on when someone is trying to sus me out for no other reason than being quiet, when in fact I haven't been. :3 (I've been offline asleep for the past 8ish hours)

You're right, I'm new to this. It's my first game on here. I still try to get a hang on how you in the UG play, even though I did read up a bit in older games.

I don't see why pointing fingers is bad. If different people like to tell me, this is not how you do things around here, I'll try to adapt. I am in general a rather aggressive player. Usually me being a bit laid back usually means I got an important innocent role like healer. In all other cases I'm more in for an enjoyable short game then a long boring one. For now I think that pointing fingers based on some vague info, which I did post earlier: having a high attack, not su much useful intel (I did read your posts); and getting some reaction and discussion is ok and there's certainly ways to answer to my post without going all ...attacking, but again, if different people tell me, this is not how you do things around here, I'll try to adapt.

For one, you could have answered Mana's request:
If anyone who did not attack gimmepie would like to confirm their attack strength it would be appreciated! :)
Or give a reason why not to.
You along with Grey Bidoof and JonnyMustang still have (more or less) unknown attack values.

And by now I think it's common ground that it's fine to share those.

That was just because I didn't want to reveal I could heal people
I understand, but then you should have stayed with the "I got a special villager role today and my attack went down" That'd be enough as is.
So now you've done a similar mistake as gp when he attacked without consultig with everyone.

This is important:
Edit: I have to go to work now, I'll post my kill when I get home. Try to let me know who to hulk-smash by then. :)
We asked him to coorparate yesterday so now we should give him some directions. I don't know if I want to point to anyone else today. 22 damage is a lot to take >_>
