Looks too much like a (onion) plant bulb with eyes. Lacks some small aspect of design. Somehow seems more plain than Oddish. Perhaps something more on the body or neck? Barely notices the neck frill.

The petilil line has own tempo. This is normally a situational ability, but since it gets the powerful petal dance it can really abuse this move if you want an alternative to a sun team Lilligant with chlorophyll.
