    I'm not sure what kind of process that is or what section it would be moved to since it's technically a forum game. But i'd love for this to happen and want to see how others feel about it.

    maybe add a poll so we can see the levels of support on this idea?

    EDIT: I guess the forum isn't called forum games anymore soooo ;)

    Given the huge activity in the section and therefore all the support it gets, I'm all for it breaking off from The Playground and getting its own forum. Although the question to consider is if the The Playground mods will retain it or it'll get new ones instead.
     
    I have never played mafia but i agree that it deserves to be moved out of the playgrounds shadow and see if it can keep growing
     
    Ash and Netto have dedicated themselves to the area. They unequivocally deserve to retain their positions there - don is very welcome to as well, no doubt, though I'm not sure if he even likes mafia games! ;P

    +1000 from me. I love the Underground and it's more than deserving of shining on its own. I'd probably suggest it simply go right underneath the Playground, as it still fits in off-topic and being right next to its mother forum would still be nice.
     
    I'm not really into the Mafia games (yet) myself but it has become such a huge part of PC and tbh already feels like it has it's own forum so why not just go ahead and give it to it! It's really amazing to see how important the Underground is to the community. So deserving of this.
     
    I'm really down with UG getting it's own forum. Tbh, it has been a long time coming and I feel like it has gotten the reception of being an active forum. I really think that it should still be under the Playground coz the name really fits (the Underground of PC) lmfao :33

    but tbh I think I love the "dark Underground beneath the Playground" pun thing too much even though it was completely unintentional when I suggested the UG's name .-. lol

    that's really my only reason to not move it though d: so I say move it! (I get so scared and confused when I accidentally enter the PG instead of the UG anyways like omg)
     
    The activity as well as the memberbase that frequently visits is growing steadily, so I don't see why not. :D

    For the record: I find them an interesting concept, but I can never find the mental energy to try diving into one. Maybe I just need to pick a game and commit to joining it.

    I think it's definitely deserving of its own forum.
     
    man. the underground was the perfect double entendre given not only the section's purpose, but its location!

    it's not really a double entendre but that fit well in my sentence
     
    I'm inclined to agree that the Underground is deserving of its own section out from under the Playground. It is easily a self-sustaining and active forum on its own and already attracts quite a few members as it is. I think that expanding it into a fully fledged forum will be great for the activity there and make the sections regulars very happy.

    Netto and Ash have both dedicated themselves quite a bit to making the Underground what it is and have invested a lot of time into seeing it develop so I would hope that they would continue to mod it as a new section. If don ever gets around to catching the mafia bug the same could be said for him also I'd think. :)
     
    I'm so happy to see so much positive feedback to this proposal ^^

    I would love to see TU become its own forum. It has its own set of regulars, separate and pretty much independent from the set of Playground regulars. I hope this proposal gets approved, and I hope that with it being its own section, we'll get more people joining in on the fun!
