Sky Sanctuary - Lava Canyon

Sky Sanctuary is a solo instrumental project I discovered a while back which focuses mainly on Progressive Metal, with 8-bit and Electronica thrown in for flavor. The entire album -- Insert Coins -- acts as the soundtrack to a fictional video game, with in-game SFX strewn throughout the structure-less form. (I've heard a couple themes reoccur, though.)

All in all a great album. I'd recommend it to those looking to ease their way into metal, and others that are just looking for some background tunes.

This is coming from somebody who listens to Dead Boys, The Dead Kennedys, Misfits, etc.
 
Linkin Park & Steve Aoki - A Light That Never Comes

Another massive (temporary I imagine) change in sound for Linkin Park, but as usual I like it. It's a shame it's on an album of remixes rather than a proper LP.
 
Female Robbery- The Neighbourhood

Heard this on the radio a few months back, so I decided to buy it. Really catchy and nice sound. Worth checking out.
 
Papa Roach - Getting Away with Murder

Well, I'm partially listening to it. Youtube is being stubborn, though. D:
 
Roger Sanchez - Another Chance

This song has a place in my memory for having one of my fave music videos of all time, which involves a woman carrying a giant heart.
