I am not really bothered about them.
I have had a few since joining, so if I get one, I get one, but there shouldn't be a reason for me to do so...

Yes. But that's because I don't want my spotless records tarnished. I'm crazy like that. Always have and probably always will. Being a member here for so long, at this point, I know what not to do, so it's not a big issue in the slightest. It's just me being irrational again. 8)
As for the PMs, I more get curious if a member has PM'd me about something in OVP than me being in trouble.

No, I know when I've broken the rules and I know when to expect an infraction. It's not really that hard to abide by the rules and when I do break them I usually get away with it, or just have Went appear out of nowhere and get upset about my cussing.

Very much so, especially because I doubt I did anything to deserve one.
Additionally, do you get a little nervous if you see a PM and you aren't exactly expecting on in your notifications?
Considering how secluded and lurkish I normally am, yes. It worries me greatly.

Infractions? I'm not seriously afraid of receiving them... it's more I'm afraid of feeling like I failed the community and PC Staff in some way. Idk how to explain it. :/

Uuh, I'm not afraid of receiving an infraction at all. :bandit: It's just not something that weighs heavy on my heart and if I do get one oh well what're you gonna do? I don't really see myself getting one unless somebody gets really uptight about something anyways so it's all good.
And I'd love to get a private message, so far I've only gotten a few vm's. I feel important when I see the notification haha.

Somewhat. Um, I'm fine with my one and only infraction, I don't need anymore. So if I got another infraction it'd kinda make me paranoid. I'm fine with giving them out though :D
And I get excited when I get PMs. Either emblems or something interesting. :D

I ain't never gotten an infraction. But back before I was modded, I would probably be afraid. Now I would probably just shrug it off and learn from my mistake.
And yeah, when I get a PM, I get nervous. I'm usually afraid it's someone that's going to chew me out (but even still, I shake that off. I don't take crap from people), that one of my friends has something ~serious~ to tell me, or I'm getting demoted. lol In fact, the day I was modded Went asked if we could take our conversation from VM to PM...I thought I either did something bad or I was getting modded. lol

I'm not afraid, but I'm definitely not looking forward to it. If I got one I must of deserved it for one reason or another. The only thing you can afterwards is just move on and not do whatever you did again.

Nah. If I get banned, I get banned, and there's probably a good reason for it. It'd be a shame though, since this is a really nice community. I never see arguments or internet tough guys on here.

I am, to be honest. It's just a sign that I've done something wrong on my part and it would be a huge reminder that I'll never do it again.

I am not afraid of receiving an infraction for something universally punishable (e.g. porn, spam, advertising, theft etc). I am more afraid of receiving an infraction for one of PC's unique rules (e.g. New user's no multi reply) because I sometimes do not read rules in other sections. Tricky tricky!

Not really, no. I think the only time I think I've been scared of them was when I first joined PC, back in '08. I didn't want to get anything against me at all, but then all of a sudden WHAM a warning from BeachBoy in Welcome and BAM an infraction from Amachi for going off topic in the DCC. From then onwards, I realised that the 'scary' part about them was over and though I'm saying I like them, I'm not afraid of them. I think I have like, seven warnings/infractions, lol.

Well, to be honest I get a bit of butterflies when I see a pop-up that I'm not expecting. Not because of infractions or anything, though that does go through my mind, but because they're really exciting for me and I love seeing what people have to say or if I got something. Though if it's just some spam member asking me to join his/her forum, it just ruins the moment for me. ;(

The rules aren't exactly that hard to abide by. If I ever got an infraction, it'd be from doing something by mistake. I don't intentionally break the rules.

I'm afraid of receiving infractions because I try not to break the rules. And yes, I do know that they're reminders not to break the rules in the future.
