I actually prefer crunchier cookies. There's something nice about a cookie that's a bit soft in the middle with a nice, crispy edge. Soft cookies are okay, but I don't like them warm and gooey.

Moist and soggy. I love warming my cookies up in the microwave until they're really soft. Then, I like to dip them in milk and eat them. So yummy!
