I've got a couple of questions: Are the statistics of a roaming pokemon determined when it starts roaming or when you first encounter it, or is it something completely different? Also, if you put steps on an Egg in one game and trade it to another, will the steps still be on it?

Why wouldn't it be able to? Especially Kadabra.

If the game is anything like the pervious installments, all you'd have to do is walk to the basement of any Pokémon Center.

I think with the addition of HG/SS, the DS games overshoot the GBA games.

Saturn is a male. I THINK... But my favorite commander... tough call. I guess I'll say Saturn for the sake of him being the only one you can talk to at any time end-game.

Roaming pokemon aren't really hard anymore. Just lower their HP and put them to sleep, wait till night, and chuck Dusk Balls at them. Calculations say you'd have more than a 25% of it working if their HP was at 1.

Plus there's only one Tycoon ;)
