An OT Badge

Please allow me to introduce myself, I'm a Milotic of exquisite taste.

Would you fine ladies and gentleman like to see a brand new badge for off-topic? If so, and you want to leave me a suggestion for a design I'm all ears.

Maybe some sort of serpent or leviathan? Kind of representing a Milotic in a way?

the previous gens badge is already of a dragon, so as long as it's not too similar I'm fine with that :O maybe a speech bubble would work too?

How about a megaphone? That'd be cool for an Other Chat badge.

We could turn this into an event to vote on the best badge idea. I think my favorite right now is the mega phone if it's not taken already.

Since the megaphone is for announcements from staff we'll still need more badge ideas, something totally new. Keep those design plans coming folks!

I thought I'd give this thread a bump to see if you guys have any more ideas. I still would like to have a badge for this section because there are so many awesome people here who I think a badge would look good on.

One potential badge I thought about is an exclamation point since this the land of jabber. That's just one possibility of many though, I'm all ears to hear more. Any suggestions boys and girls?

I like the idea of a serpentine badge but anything works! I also like the chat bubble idea! Perhaps a bottle with a note inside? It's quite random but it is a peculiar way to communicate.

I'm certain you'll come up with something splendid regardless of what it is.

imo a coffee cup :3 this section once had the name Chit Chat Café and I still like that haha, it's like we're just chilling with some coffee and tea and chitchatting here

There are so many cool ideas here.

Dimitri and I talked about this, and because there are quite a few good options on the table we decided to just let our members vote on the badge to represent them. Everyone is free to suggest as many types of badges as they'd like through the rest of September. When October begins all badge ideas, so long as they are in keeping with the community guidelines & not already in use on the forum, will be submitted into a poll of multiple choice. The badge with the most votes wins. And whosoever devised the winning badge will be the first to receive it! Put on your thinking caps, and have fun.
