I usually go to sleep at 11 pm
And usually wake up at 7 am.
Bed by 11pm, awake around 5am. Slowly but surely cutting down on the amount of sleep I need...whether I want to or not >.>
Well, I never said it was easy, haha. It's taken me pretty much my entire life to date to reduce my need to sleep. If I wake up during the night I feel absolutely terrible when I wake up in the morning; it's like I've just taken two brief naps instead.aaa I wouldn't be able to do this :<
