Hey PC, it's bed time! And I'm going to tuck in! But I'm wondering, what times do you go to bed and wake? It's 3am here, I should probably go earlier!

Bed by 11pm, awake around 5am. Slowly but surely cutting down on the amount of sleep I need...whether I want to or not >.>

sleep anytime between midnight - 1am and wake up 8:30

I usually go to sleep around half past 11 or midnight and wake up at 7, I think I should get a little bit more sleep to be honest.

bed anywhere between 11pm-1am waking up at like 8:30 on a weekday, and then later going to bed and waking up on weekends.

aaa I wouldn't be able to do this :<

I sleep at 11pm and wake up at 6AM. That is hard enough, I have learned over the years that I cannot function well on under 8 hours of sleep. And waking up when it's still dark out will always make me tired since it feels unnatural, even if I sleep for 12 hours.

I typically go to bed around 2-3am and i try to wake up for 10am. when i have time off during the summer i can be up till 5am but i try very hard not to do this!!! on an off day i sleep till 11am or 12pm

Well, I never said it was easy, haha. It's taken me pretty much my entire life to date to reduce my need to sleep. If I wake up during the night I feel absolutely terrible when I wake up in the morning; it's like I've just taken two brief naps instead.

I'm the opposite it most people here, it seems...if get over six hours sleep (or under four for two or three consecutive nights) I often feel worse instead of refreshed when I wake up. The idea of 8+ hours of sleep is horrifying to me. Even when I'm ill and/or tired I'm like clockwork with my sleeping patterns.

Usually I hit the hay at between 11-12 P.M., waking up varies per day. 6 A.M. at my earliest.

In weekend it really varies when I wake up. Between 9 A.M. and 1 P.M.
