Challenge: try something new!

    Try Something New!

    Ever thought to yourself "I should be more active in this or that section"? Yes, I bet you have. Well, now's your chance to be!

    Post in this thread and list at least 1 section where you rarely or even ever set foot nowadays. Then, go and post in that section daily for a full week. One post per day is absolute minimum (in some sections, that can be a lot, while it's not even enough to call you a regular in other sections). If you want to be a top contender, create at least 1 thread as well (this of course also varies with the section). As this is meant to be for fun and make you get out and experience new things though, it's of course better if you don't stick to the minimum.

    When a week has passed since you listed your alien sections, report back on how your challenge went. Did you find your new favorite place on PC or was it not for you after all? Hopefully the former~

    I'll see if I can even upload and hand out an emblem for those who excel at this challenge. It shouldn't be too big a fuss.

    For those (probably few) who are active almost everywhere, well you've simply got to make quite a few new threads or jump into the really obscure sections, won't you? ;)

    HMMMMMM. I'll try this I guess, but most probs gonna start on Friday or Saturday since I have to go somewhere on Thursday :P

    I think i'll go with Discussion and Debates. That's a part of the forum i'm not loyal to, unlike certain people, so I guess it would be a good chance to see if I like the place it is. I think i'll start on Friday though, after my classes are all done for the semester.

    edit: And I also would be down for checking out Fan Fiction and Writing, too, as there might be some stories there that I could enjoy reading.

    That's really a challenge, if you're not at all into hacking! But I suppose you could check out hacks and comment, and perhaps chit-chat a bit, yeah?

    The more the merrier! Just make sure you don't take on too much and end up not finishing the challenge for any of your chosen places.
     
    Probably going to go with the entire section of Current Gen Pokemon Gaming since I don't really post much in challenges anymore and have more or less forgotten about it, and then I don't hardly know anything about ORAS or XY, I've never done much trading, so yeah this oughta be fun. And going to head into Pokemon Discussions as well.

    I need to dabble back into my General Pokemon Gaming days. I love discussing older generation games, while right now I'm a bit active in both XY and ORAS.

    Also Pokemon Anime, just started watching the XY anime and it's really good.

    Maaaaybe Challenges too. Been a while since I've done a nuzlocke.

    EDIT: ACTUALLY YOU KNOW WHAT, Pokemon General. I haven't even set foot in that section in over a year now.
     
    Uhh.... I'm guessing Arts & Craft section of PC.

    I guess I'll share some of my stuffs there while I'm at it :P
     
    I know for a fact a lot of you are artistic but haven't flown over to A&D yet.

    I want to post more in Pokemon General! It's a nice, comfortable section, with plenty of good discussion to get up in. And god only knows I have more than enough Pokemon bs in my brain to actually participate.

    Culture & Media, Battling & Team Building, Video Games, and Pokemon TCG would all be good sections for me too. I'd love to get really involved in them all some day! :>
     
    I haven't started posting in D&D yet, but as I said I plan to start tomorrow (although theoretically I could now if I wanted). There is a topic I have planned for it based on something I read yesterday that might prove to bring up a question or two.
     
    So I did start getting a bit active in D&D, I even made a topic that's getting a bit of buzz (more than I initially planned on) and seems like i'm liking it there a bit. I still have five more days to go there, but we'll see.

    And I need more ideas before I can actually make my own story in FF&W, but I commented on some that I saw. That forum doesn't seem super active...
