YA I CONFIRM THIS. And it's the worst because I want to gain weight but I love eating and I eat a lot throughout the day but yeah what a dilemma >;((You know they say if you snack throughout the day instead of eating 3 full meals you'll be healthier and lose weight faster?
I used to worry about eating too much, then I started properly hydrating myself and so when I get a little peckish I have a drink of water and most of the time the hunger is satisfied and voila I don't overeat.

It's totally a good way. Like right now I'm doing it, although that's because I forgot to bring something with me to eat and I can't get away to get food for a bit. DxI need to start doing that. That's seriously probably the best way to fight off hunger between or after eating a meal. I suffer that since i'm so used to eating ridiculous/family portion meals.
And I never like Richard Simmons to be honest...his personality is unlikeable in my eyes.
