I'm also putting all my eggs in the nintendo direct. The actual direct seems like it'll be quite short, but I've got my hopes up for the 3+ hour long treehouse coming after it.
Personally I'm hoping for an announcement for a new game and not just more info about games we know about (looking at you skyward sword remake) and the next smash bros character (crash for smash pls)

Nintendo Direct was in my opinion the best presentation from this year's E3. Out of all huge announcements, I'm looking forward Fatal Frame. I've been going back to PS1 games this year and original Fatal Frame is still on my to-replay list and I'm glad it's not forgotten franchise.

I want the Wario Ware now.

I can hold on until next year for Zelda but wow that trailer. Also that G&W looks nice.

This has been the worst fucking E3 of all time for me.

    No Pokemon.
    Digimon Survive is probably canceled
Oh look Great Ace Attorney. That was cool. LITERALLY IT THOUGH

I'm just going to start collecting up my consoles so I can THROW THEM ALL INTO A NEARBY GOD DAMN WATER SOURCE

The irony, I might repurchase The original Life is Strange games on the Switch. Though it is a different platform than what I owned them on and i don't have that platform atm, which then that is the the exception. I repurchased The Witcher 3 on a different platform, so I am more than willing to do that. As for the new Life is Strange, not interested in that one.

Guardians of the Galaxy I don't know about that when it comes to the Switch since I didn't see anything about that being in the cloud like the New Plague Reqium. Which if anyone wants to comment about Guardians on the Switch I would be interested in hearing about that.

As for the remainder of the direct I am not really interested in most, but I will look into the Zelda sequel since it seems to be a darker tone and that intrigues me compared to what I have seen from BotW which I still need to try out to see if I can get into the gameplay.

The Nintendo direct didn't really do anything for me. Couldn't be less interested in Kazuya, none of the port/remaster/anniversary/new stuff caught my interest, I'm in the minority that doesn't like BotW and so BotW2 footage does not excite me, I'm interested in Metroid Prime 4 and not Metroid Dread, I already placed my pre-order for Monster Hunter Stories 2 weeks ago, etc.

I wasn't expecting to be thrilled with it or any part of E3 anyway though

    Microsoft legit making a Xbox Series X mini-fridge is.....weird

Yeah, nothing really interesting to me from Nintendo. I suspect we may still get Pokemon news soon, despite e3 not talking about the franchise.

Atleast Kazuya has that weird alternate form and isn't completely a generic fighting game fighter...

    Nintendo Direct thoughts:
    - Pushed a lot of remakes on the Nintendo Direct. Left less to be interested in. Felt like a cash grab, especially with the Zelda Game & Watch.
    - Why not offer the new boards and minigames on Super Mario Party through downloadable content?
    - Liked the look of Warioware. Appears to use normal controls. Might be worth getting.
    - Imagines most Metroid fans to be excited about Dread. Seemed good. (Cares little about it, personally. Tends not to like darker/scarier games.)
    - Nothing on Project Triangle Strategy. Oh well.

Shrugs. Learned about the new Warioware. Good enough.

Never expected Pokemon news either. Delivered information separately from Directs outside of E3. May or may not be true during E3 normally too.

Can't say I was disappointed since I didn't have any particularly high expectations for anything, but that said there wasn't really much that grabbed me this year. A couple games I'm going to keep an eye on but in general there wasn't too much for me.

It was nice to see some old and forgotten franchises kinda returning. With all these previously dormant series I was kinda low key expecting a new F-Zero game (which didn't happen). I was actually not that interested in most of the announcments, though. However, I do know a bunch of people who are.

I think the main things that caught my attention were Kakarott coming to Switch and the SMTV one. The former I've had on my radar but didn't get to pick up. So there's another option (though, probably with some hardware related issues that will arise). The latter for my finally being able to see some more footage.

Nintendo's presentation didn't really do anything for me, to be honest. It'll be nice to play Danganronpa on Switch (it also means I can sell my Vita copies, and those should bring it quite a bit more than I paid for them...) and I'm happy to see Fatal Frame making the jump to Switch - although it's the last outstanding Wii U port I would have picked - but otherwise...eh. I don't like Advance Wars, I don't care about Smash or other party games, and the Zelda reveals are...not what I was hoping for. Being told they have no further plans right now for the Anniversay is especially depressing, because it means the extent of their plans is the second worst Zelda title after BOTW and a rubbish Game and Watch which will sell out before I get a look-in anyway, because of course it will. Not sure about DBZ Kakarot at the moment, although I am more likely to buy it on PS4 because it's a) cheaper (on sale at the time of writing with ALL the DLC for £25, and the Switch version will probably cost £40 at least) and b) will run better on my PS5, which eliminates loading screens entirely.

Metroid Dread's announcement was ruined somewhat by the developer...MercurySteam really can't make games like this. Samus Returns was a huge letdown (especially when compared to the fan-made AM2R) and their Castlevania titles leave a lot to be desired. I saw that stupid counter move in the Dread trailer and I groaned. I really hope this is better, because I love Metroid to pieces, but I'm not filled with confidence this won't be a letdown the way their last instalment was. I could be wrong. I would LOVE to be wrong. But...well, it's Mercurysteam.

Thought I'd leave a link to this here - Nintendo's E3 showcase dominated the audience, with 3.1m viewings at peak. Then it's Xbox, Ubisoft, Square Enix, and Devolver Digital in that order.

    Spoiler:

    Can't say I'm surprised!
