I don't think there's a one year emblem, unless you are talking about the Committed emblem? (Being paired with someone for a year.)

I can tell you right now that asking on how to get a certain emblem will actually lessen your chances for getting it.

Because you asked nicely and I believe that you're not actually trying to do anything malicious... that emblem is given to people who are seen to use the smilie XD a lot.
