i'm actually nine years old

I've never had a reason to lie about my age so I've never really done it. Not even to complete strangers that I would have eventually become acquaintances/friends with.
 
I used to sockpuppet when I was much younger (12-13) on a virtual pet site (not Neopets), and those sockpuppets were either younger or older than I actually was. And before I turned 18, I would sometimes lie that I was 18 just to access nsfw content (or websites that contained nsfw content but didn't necessarily have it). Nowadays, I just tell people my actual age if prompted to (or display it in a general place) since I don't do sockpuppeting anymore and am old enough to access 18+ websites, so I don't really need to hide it.
 
I used to set my age at 16 on Neopets because I knew my mom wouldn't give me parental consent when I joined, so yeah. That's really it. I never really lied to anyone when the subject was brought up, though. I either didn't answer or answered truthfully. Never felt the need to lie.
 
I never lied about my age, because I'm an honest man.
 
I used to lie for sites that require 13+, 14+ or maybe 15+ just to sign up back when I was 12. Don't blame me, I just had a stable internet connection at that age.

And after turning at that age, I stopped lying. It's not like I want to go to any 18+ places, although I will be able to access them without needing to lie by next week on Thursday. *wink wink* :>
 
I've only lied about my age to join sites that were for people ages 13 or older or 18 or older ,but usually I never do, even for websites that have age limits. I wait until I'm the required age cause I'm too much of a goody-two shoes lol.
 
Only when a website required you to be over a certain age and i wasnt old enough.
 
A few times. I always looked way older than I was. I said I was 14 so I could join a gym when I was actually like 12 or 11.

I used to lie when i was younger to get some parental consent for sites, then wehn i was older to...umm...different sites. :p
And now i usually lie about my age when i wanna watch a new game online and it's PEGI 18....so i say i'm about 19-20 and get in, watch the trailers at the site and get out. Easy-peasy.

The annoying bit is, i don't act my age, and i don't mean "i act like a 10-year-old" NO NO.
I act like a 21 year old.
I have lots of friends from around the world, most of them are older than me. Now, my dear friend Daixtey has invited me into a chat of some sorts, that i'm now a regiular part of. Until i stated my age (a few times), they thought i was about 21-23.
I am 16.
They have shared some explicit material, which of course, being a mature, adult pervert kid, i already know, like and love. So i had no problem. When they started talking about school and i said i'm having a rough exam time, they asked me my age, so i said it. And some of them freaked out and thought i'll do a "sting operation" on them. NOPE. I just laughed and moved on.
 
When I was younger I did because nobody would give me serious responses if I said I was young. Now that I'm a bit older, I have no reason to.
 
I lied about my age here actually, about three years ago? 'Cause no one would take me seriously if they knew I was 11/12. Ha. Either than that, PORN not really.
 
Yes, besides bending my age on Neopets to join (I was 9 years old), I have misstated my age on forums. I added two years and used a different birthday during my early forum days on serebii. For a long time on PC, I just used whatever age fit my mood. I only started listing my actual birth-date upon being promoted to super mod.
 
I used to lie about my age a lot. I mean, like I didn't think anyone would take me seriously when I was younger so I used to say 16 until I got like 14 and realized no one really cares. xD
 
I might have lied about my age and claimed I was 18 on the internet on more than one occasion, but I don't remember if I have or not. I might have had my parents lie about me being 21 at times where i'd attempt to get into bars or something...yeah i'm kinda fuzzy on this.
 
Back when my dad owned the bar he had me pretend I was his gf's cousin Gerald so that I could go in and do stuff.

I had a beard by the time I was like 12 so my parents would use that so that if a restaurant didn't have any tables we could just sit at the bar.

I also lied about my age so that I could get onto a dating site once back when I was lonely and too shy to talk to anybody.

I'm a bad kid.
