Last hurricane, we had a bunch of people over. We drank, are chips and played candy land and uno in the dark for 2 days. It was fab. The only better time I had was at a friends house who had a pool, we just went swimming in it for days. As long as electricity isn't lost, then it's just hot, cranky and awful.

Instead of hurricanes, in Colorado we had national newsworthy fires and the Aurora theatre shooting

fun times man, I remember my dad getting marooned on post 'cause they locked down Fort Carson when the Joker decided to have his way

and the fires were costly, but entertaining. We got maybe a few hundred metres from the Black Forest fire, took photographs and watched propane tanks explode. News crews went in and out while the little inlet we were in was still open

We also went behind Cheyenne Mountain, deep inside the smoke storm system the Waldo Canyon fire created. The sky was lit in this apocalyptic orange in there it was so strange

Oh man we haven't had a hurricane here in years. The last major one was Ivan and it left us powerless for days. was quite scary D:

Literally been sitting here on either PokeCommunity or Reddit the entire time. Almost passed out about an hour ago, but instead went in-and-out of sleep so nobody could suspect a thing about the girl in the corner.

I'm procrastinating university work so hard at the moment, final 2 weeks of semester so the assignments are rolling in

What did I decide to do, go for 3 hours nap just there. Life.

This is indeed that time of year where we get a lot of assignments... One of my classes I don't have too much left to do for at all, another I have a paper due at the end of the month, one is basically the same, and another I have a paper at the very beginning of next month and a test for tomorrow that we were given no specifics on what to study for. But we so don't care.

I am just finished with my final round of school exams. I have a month of 3 hour school days ahead of me, then 2 weeks of making nationwide exams, and then a 13 week period of absolutely nothing!

There's an assignment rough draft I'm almost done with and a quiz I need to study for, but I'm too lazy to work on either of them because of Skype and youtube videos.

I could imagine how scary it would be if your boss caught you doing that, because when I did it at the factory they always scolded at me for it. Literally, the entire staff there was extremely unnerving.

They're not alone. I have like been bullied by so many just for even liking Pokemon.

It's like so sad... because it's a franchise that literally anyone can enjoy, and it's often played a big part in helping me learn stuff given I have autism and also suffered a learning disorder.

i have two research essays and one evaluation essay before finals in a few weeks, but i think i'm gonna take a nap soon instead of working on them... |D

I wish I was still in school. Even when it sucked it was still somewhat fun. It's awful not having anything to do all day.

Most of my time that isn't spent in class or meals is spent in one of the college lounges in my dorm building. My room is too small, and recently the light on my dorm's ceiling has been flicking a lot.
