5. Which bike did you choose when you first got to Mauville?

Acro Bike, just like I did in the original games. Likely because I found the Mach Bike difficult to control, but at least there's no crumbling floors now.

It was the Mach Bike, as I wanted to get from A to B as quickly as I could. I only swapped for the Acro Bike if I really wanted any of those items/hidden items that you couldn't get normally.

I chose the Acro Bike, because 1) it's red, and 2) I wanted to be the raddest trainer in Hoenn with my fancy bicycle tricks.
Okay, but seriously, it was still only the main game so I figured choosing the less practical bike wouldn't hurt. I got the Mach Bike later, most likely after completing the Delta Episode or beating the E4.
 
05. Which bike did you choose when you first got to Mauville?
I choose the Mach Bike
I like the speed, especially when I need to get back to an earlier town
Honestly, stopped using Mach Bike when I get Eon Flute

I don't remember, but I think I got more use out of the Acro Bike. I know I spent quite a bit of time using it in areas that it was needed to get to, such as the Waterfall area on Route 119.

Well, the Mach bike was nowhere nearly as fun as it was in the original games but I chose it because real men choose the Mach bike the Acro bike is way too slow xD

Not yet, I'm finishing my pokemon xy :P

In pokemon saphire (the first), the acro bike

Yes, because I wanted that cosplay-Pikachu, and then ended up soft resseting for hours to get a good nature and IV's.

5. Which bike did you choose when you first got to Mauville?
Mach Bike, because speed.
 
1. Did you get Omega Ruby/Alpha Sapphire the day they came out?
Yes I got Alpha Sapphire the day it came out. I loved all three gen 3 games.

2. What was your reason for choosing OR or AS over the other?
I chose AS over OR because I love water over fire, blue over red, and all the version exclusive legends in AS more than the ones in OR.

3. What did you nickname your starter?
Hydros, I changed it later though.

4. Did you do the Pokemon Contest when you first got to Slateport?
As soon as I got the scene with Lisia I went and did some contests.

5. Which bike did you choose when you first got to Mauville?
I chose Acro first as there were more places I wanted to get to in the originals that required the acro bike and I assumed the maps would be similar. I have both bikes now and mainly use macro while breeding.
 
wah looks like i've got some questions to answer!

1. Did you get Omega Ruby/Alpha Sapphire the day they came out?
nah i rarely ever get games the day they come out, even if i'm anticipating them. i'm actually not sure why, maybe i haven't been SO excited for a game that i had to get it right away and so i haven't made it as much of a priority.

2. What was your reason for choosing OR or AS over the other?
i chose alpha sapphire because i had sapphire back in the day and groudon is ugly and gross.

3. What did you nickname your starter?
i chose mudkip and named him bogmire.

4. Did you do the Pokemon Contest when you first got to Slateport?
no, the contest aspect of the game doesn't really appeal to me much, but maybe i'll check it out at some point haha.

5. Which bike did you choose when you first got to Mauville?
the mach bike, i have a need for speed.
 
I chose acro bike at first my first time around and mach bike at first during my second, but I changed bikes from time to time. Now I have both.
 
4. Did you do the Pokemon Contest when you first got to Slateport?: In both playthroughs, I used Cosplay Pikachu to get up to the Master Cool Rank.
5. Which bike did you choose when you first got to Mauville?: Mach; it was faster.

I did!

2. What was your reason for choosing OR or AS over the other?
Because I had the original Ruby, I had to get Omega Ruby.
Had Red, got FireRed. Had Gold, got HeartGold.

3. What did you nickname your starter?
Did not! I am not a nickname person. :3

4. Did you do the Pokemon Contest when you first got to Slateport?
I never bother with contests until way later.

5. Which bike did you choose when you first got to Mauville?
Mach Bike; I like the one that lets me go faster.
