PLEASE READ: Changes to the Community Supporter System

I was really hoping the badges were coming with the colored usernames, but these are nice. I'm really loving my name in gold. Though being able to use BBCode in my usertitle if I convert to Crystal is very convincing so I'm still wanting to donate more in the future. :) A bigger avatar is always something I wanted so that is a plus for me!

Yeah I agree, there wasn't much difference between supporters and mods color-wise at the time.

Also I'm wondering when the new userbars will be worked on, it'd feel weird to see staff members and battle server staff as the only ones with userbars.

I don't wanna be a humbug but I thought the colours on the userlist were easier to differentiate than the little tags at the beginning of the name. I never really liked that idea because it just felt too "stylish" and didn't serve its function as well as having different coloured names.
 
I think I lost my Blog privileges in the transition. Not too big a deal especially since I don't post entries that much (plus I could just donate more), but just something I thought I'd bring up since I read in the first post that we'd retain these features.

I wonder if it's affected just you or the Silver rank in general? Maybe a silver member can post here to confirm if they an issue with using blogs so the admins can look into it.

Also, Keiran noted that gold and crystal ranks couldn't edit thread titles despite the latest updates allowing thread titles to be edited at any time without staff assistance.
 
And asking if former T4 users still have the extra name change or was the feature revoked for Former T4 users coz they are in Gold?

and for the blogs, it affects all former t2 users coz since t2 had the minimal requirements for blog pirvileges, i guess it was revoked because they now lack the requirements since they are now silver and you need a gold for blogs

About the name changes, maybe a staff member can tell you that but I'm assuming that yeah I think 3 months might be for Crystals/Platinums.

And okay I see what happened to Flushed. His blog privilege got removed because he hasn't passed the minimum postcount required to use a blog (2,000) due to the blogs now being available to Gold rank and higher, and he's only a Silver rank member. Unless if a former T2 member who became Silver can donate extra for Gold, they will have to reach at least 2,000 posts to use their blog again.
 
Well I know that Silver doesn't get the blogs (although I wasn't aware of the post count thing), first post just says that benefits of the previous system wouldn't be lost upon transition.

Hm. It's something we can look into @ the blogs, although I will say that it's hard to retain everything over the ranks because simplifying it from 5 to 3 tiers lends us less selectivity with who can get what. That's a fairly major loss, though, so I'll see if anything can be done. It's more likely, however, that the first post was just badly worded since we do need to keep each group very distinct from the others.

I've changed it to crystal supporters. I wanted to leave it as gold, but that's quite a lot of people because of the selectivity issue that I described above. Sorry. ):
 
Umm... I'm really not happy with me not being able to blog anymore. That's really not fair in my opinion to lose a perk like that. Especially when a friend helped donate for me the second time to be able to blog in the first place.

You have over 2000 posts. You can technically blog, except you can't use background images anymore.
 
That sounds pretty okay, I was wondering why my username wasn't green anymore.
 
Not sure if anyone has asked this yet. But what group does a Recurring member fall under? Or is it still money based? Like you're not in a tier until you get up to 5$?

im like 90% sure recurring payments fall under Gold until enough has accrued to be bumped to Crystal
