pokémon you think should be made stronger

what pokémon would you make stronger? this can be either stats or movepool, etc!

i'd give ledian better attacking stats... 35/55 is just horrendous for an evolved form, especially since pokémon is the type of game that relies way more on mons that can do damage than have high defenses. its 110 sp. def is good but it still suffers from a lot of typical weaknesses, especially 4x to rock.

Seconding Ledian. The poor thing should be made good at something, as-is it's really not getting anywhere. Yes, it can take a special attack, but aside from that not much.

Ariados could use some love too, like learning its useful signature move Toxic Thread at an non-ridiculously high level.

Dustox could use a 10 point boost to its Special Defence that it never got while Beautifly got one for Special Attack.

Slaking does not deserve to be stuck with traunt anymore when many more absurdly powerful pokemon have been created.

Maybe even increase the level cap to 50 if it's too early for such a powerful Pokemon, but I really don't how one of my favorite Pokemon has a crippling ability.

For Ariados you can Move Reminder any move possible actually, whether it's been learned or not in USUM.

Beautifly, Vivillon, Masquerain, Delcatty, Cherrim, Pachirisu, Frosmoth, Absol, Mightyena, Tropius, Hitmonlee, etc.

Those are all that I can think of but there are countless more.

    Moves:
    1. Dragapult would fare even better if it were to learn Earthquake, Close Combat, and especially Shadow Claw, just to make use of it's better physical attack. Other than that, it is still a very good sweeper, nevertheless.

    2. Zamazenta should learn Body Press, as it's Fighting-type arsenal is situational at best (Revenge) and crippling at worst (Close Combat).

    3. Salazzle could do with learning Giga Drain, Dark Pulse, and Focus Blast, as Hidden Power is most likely a retired fad.

    4. Rhydon and Rhyperior would benefit immensely from Head Smash and Slack Off.

as far as non-mythicals go, i've always wanted ariados to get some sort of buff. n.n it's a really underrated pokemon that i think a lot of people gloss over.

There are many Pokemon that deserve to be made stronger, but especially Raichu. Not only is it overshadowed by Pikachu, but it also falls behind competitively. I say give it higher stats and more coverage moves, like Fire Punch, Ice Punch, and Aqua Tail. As for Alolan Raichu, we could give it Surf, Energy Ball, Aura Sphere, Air Slash, and Dazzling Gleam.

    Well, here's my entry:
Floatzel! It is very fast, and even has a good attack stat. But the lacking moveset and weak defense (55 Def. and 50 Sp.Def respectively) are far from convincing. With a little increase in both defenses aside, it could benefit from moves like Swords Dance and U-Turn. Otherwise I think it's fine.
Also, Zamazemta learning Body Press, buffing up Shaymin are nice ideas.

    Stats:
Drampa and Turtonator should have a +55 increase in BST, as they're often found later into the game.

    Drampa:
    -Current: 78/60/85/135/91/36
    -Buffed: 98/70/95/135/106/36

    Turtonator:
    -Current: 60/78/135/91/85/36
    -Buffed: 70/98/135/106/95/36

This allows them to take hits better. Drampa can get one powerful special move off if you can time your setup of screens/veils and hazards wisely. Turtonator's buffs allows it to be a decent mixed tank. If a Pokémon is designed to be found very late into your Regional adventure, at least give them a good stat distribution if they happen to have very good movepools.

Drapion. It's typing is so cool and actually really viable but it's stats are just so..mehhh.. If they made it bulkier with more Sp.Defense I'd honestly think it'd be great. Same goes for Alolan Marawak too.

Ribombee is another one. Not only are its total stats not great but its abilities are really middle ground. I expect more from my Fairies!

Lastly, Lanturn. High HP but otherwise such a neat Pokemon got utterly cheated imo. :(

I love Lanturn, and I have used one in the Armor Beginnings competition quite successfully: this thing swept through some teams, it can take hits ridiculously well, is great with Dynamaxing and destroys both Urshifu. Far from utterly cheated, I'd say it's just senselessly overlooked!

Another thing: perhaps introduce a second regular Ability for the Eeeveelutions that gives them some extra "oomph". I suggest making them optional terrain and weather setters according to type (Snow Warning Glaceon, Grassy Surge Leafeon etc.), and say something comparably strong and thematic for Umbreon, like Intimidate? We'll need our terrain and weather setters in future generations, and it could be nice to make them accessible (terrain especially), like Torkoal or Pelliper, but all in one evolutionary family package.

Bastiodon is a steel dinosaur tank. Its base defence is reasonably high, but it should have a little more attack than that, because I can't imagine getting hit by it would be particularly fun either. Base 70 at the very least.

I also kinda want Luvdisc to have base 100 stats in everything just because it's one of the weakest Pokemon ever and Love is Power, etc. It should be a killing machine. Give the poor thing some more coverage, too.
