Question of the Day

Welp, since I missed a question I will do 2.

Do you think Volcanion should get a Mega/alternate forme?
I don't know, maybe he will, maybe not. Only time can tell.

Which generation do you feel had the most difficult Victory Road?
I have no clue sadly :P Normally the hardest would be BW2 and XY(ironically, as said above) though if memeory serves halfway there will be someone who heals your mons. But I think I will go with BW2.

A bit off topic, but I think the HGSS victory road is my least favourite VR. There are like no trainers!

I had hard time on Y due to Cool Trainers are more diverse than the other trainer type I encountered also BW2 seems diverse as well.

I remember getting confused a lot in Ruby and Sapphire's victory road back in the day.

Probably the ones in Hoenn and Sinnoh, likely because you needed so many HM slaves to get through them and I hate having to use them.

In terms of puzzle I think i'll go with RSE, for reasons others have said. HMs are abundant there and it's not exactly easy to get around without Flash.

But in terms of trainers? Black 2 and White 2, bar none. The trainers there are really high level - almost as much as the league, in fact, and use a lot of strong Pokémon that can hit for big damage. And on Challenge Mode they're even higher level (58/59) which can prove to be extremely intimidating! It doesn't help at all that you have to fight Hugh at the very end, especially with his evil Bouffalant that hits insanely hard. And spoilers, some of you will probably see just how bad it can be when I post to that point in my Nuzlocke on Azurilland. XY is a close second, though, for similar reasons - trainers are high level and have really strong movesets, and the wild Pokémon are extremely strong too.

I've always found the Hoenn Victory Road to be a huge pain in the butt. They literally throw everything into it--waterfalls, rocks you have to move, darkness, and a ton of trainers to top it off. Like geez, what a pain.

Which region has your favorite set of starters?
By all honesty, I say Kalos Starters and Sinnoh Starters their starters final form have most unique typing (this exludes Chimchar) because we do get Grass-Ground Type and Water-Steel Type it add some flavor. While Kalos is also unique our Fennekin becomes Fire-Psychic, Chespin becomes full fledge tanky physical Grass-Fighting Type as well Froakie who is swift and expert swiper become swift ninja like pokemon who is Water-Dark.

Which region has your favorite set of starters?

Kanto starters, back to Gen 1 the old school days. ~_~

The Kanto starters are my favorites. My favorite Pokemon line (Squirtle-Wartortle-Blastoise) is among them, and I like the other Kanto starters a lot too. Johto would be my runner-up (I like the Cyndaquil and Totodile lines a lot, but I'm only so-so about Chikorita).

Which region has your favorite set of starters?

Kalos. All three of them look great in all their forms and have cool typings. I also really like Froakie's puzzled face.

I too have to go with Kalos. I really do love all three of them, there's normally at least one that I don't like at all. Though I didn't like Froakie that much at first, that quickly changed when I learned how awesome-sauce amazing its evolved for is :D And in addition to that, Fennekin is adorable and Chesnaught has an awesome signature move and ability.

Question of the Day

Have you ever blacked out in a wild Pokemon encounter?

Now imagine if Cut and Dive are used within the Hoenn Victory Road. >:)

Hoenn has my favorite starters. The colors, the design, the stats, they are awesome! (:

Nope. Never. I always keep potions in case ;3

I don't think I've ever wiped to a wild Pokemon, but it is disheartening when you find out losing such a battle actually makes you drop your money because you were running away and feeling very scared. If I get weak, I try to always heal when possible.

Not that I can recall, but I wouldn't be too surprised if I have before, especially when trying to catch a legendary or something like that since I always forget to use healing items ._. Or maybe in some romhacks.
