    Basically answer 2 questions here.
Which pokemon game from the main series AND/or spin-off do you find yourself replaying through the most?
Replay as in from beginning of the game to the end of the game, not the amount of hours you've spent.

I think I've replayed Sapphire or HeartGold from beginning to end the most out of any other main series Pokemon game.

As for spin-offs, the only one I replayed through the most was Pokemon Colosseum.

For me, it would have to be Emerald. I'm not sure how many, exactly, but I've played through this game plenty of times before. In general, I love Hoenn region, is its locations are spectacular. One way or another, they're all different from each other, and I really like that about them. Alongside, the game also had a kicking storyline, and that would always make me feel engaged.

Ruby and Sapphire are good, too, but Emerald's features kind of make it stand out among the three. Can't say if there's any other Pokémon game like it!

Out of all the games, collectively the generation 4 Mystery Dungeons come out on top. Since the storylines are essentially the same, I can't remember which specific version I've played the most (I own them all anyway, haha) but it's over a dozen times. DPPt games are probably second on the list, with Diamond in the lead because I somehow ended up with two copies of it plus I own Platinum.

It's a toss between HGSS and B/W2. Those two are my top favourite games, so it's no wonder that I keep falling back to those two from time to time. As for spinoff games, I think I've replayed Pokemon Dungeon: Explorers of Sky the most. I really love its storyline, and the fact that you can choose Riolu as your starter!

For main series, I did play through the Generation III games (RSE and FRLG) quite a few times way back, but I don't remember how many. As for today, with the DS era and XY?

    Diamond/Pearl: 6
    Platinum: 4
    Heart Gold/Soul Silver: 7
    Black/White: 8
    Black 2/White 2: 10
    X/Y: 9

That is a large amount of replays i've done in my day. As for spinoffs, probably one of the first two PMD games, since it's been a long time for those two as well I don't remember how many to be exact.

I think that the main series game I've played through the most is my Ruby, actually. Which is strange considering that Gen 5 is my favorite gen and Ruby's post-game is non-existent. I think I'm on my 5th playthrough now with my current Water monotype challenge. A close 2nd is SoulSilver, with 4 playthroughs. Then comes the things I've played through twice: FireRed, Platinum, Black2. And then's the stuff that still only has one playthrough, like Silver, White, Pearl, and Y (one day I will start over on my White). I don't remember how many times I played through R/B/Y, that was getting to be quite a while ago.

As for spin-offs, I have yet to play one, though I do plan to get Pokemon Conquest pretty soon.

I would definitely have to say Pokemon crystal I don't know how many times it was but it was a lot. That feeling when you thought the game was over and all of a sudden you find out there is a whole other region just stuck with me.

I've played through Diamond about twice, and FireRed and LeafGreen 3 times (2 FR, 1 LG).

I've played through Kanto and it's remakes more times than I can count. It is such a fantastic region to explore since it's so open and introduced the best Pokemon of the franchise.

Heartgold also has a lot of replay value for me because it's graphics are my favourite out of all the games and Pokemon following you is just the best.

Gen 3 and 5 had no replay value for me really. Hopefully that changes with the release of ORAS tho

As for the spin off games I've played through all the Mystery Dungeon games quite a few times, although the first one is by far the best

Platinum definitely has the most replay value for me, out of all the main series games I think that's the version I've played over the most. As for Spin-Offs it's definitely Pokemon MD2, great storylines and missions.

Either gsc or rse. Both were during my prime Pokemon time and I abused the crap out of them.

I'm thinking of playing FireRed/LeafGreen...but I was wondering if you could catch Pokemon from the Johto and Hoenn regions as well. How else can you get the Johto starters Generation 3's games?

I've been replaying XY a lot, I'm on my fourth playthrough currently, lol. I would hazard a guess that my RSE games have the most replays, though. As far as spin-offs, it's probably a close tie between Colo/XD and the PMD games for the DS. The games with the least amount of playthroughs for me are probably Gen IV and Gen V games. I've tried and tried to replay them but just can't get as hooked as I was when they came out :\

I replayed Diamond 3 times, with a different starter in each save file. I also replayed PMD Blue with Mudkip as my starter and the three available Fire starters as my partners in separate playthroughs.

I've replayed these particular games for completing challenge runs particularly.

    Emerald
    Fire Red
    Platinum
    Soul Silver

Overall, I've probably replayed Red the most times. It was the one cartridge I've restarted a lot because I was able to save my data to a MegaMemory Card and wasn't too averse to restarting to experience the story. I've also done a number of challenge-type runs on it. GSC probably come next, then third gen, and so on. The newer the game, the fewer times I've played it, as a general rule. On net, I've probably played Red and Gold a lot more times than the others.
