My sleep schedule is adjusting but I'm still kinda on the EST time schedule despite being six hours ahead

I'm the opposite, as it has to be complete silence for me to get any actual long-term rest.

Napping though? I can do it wherever, whenever.

As an Asian household my family loves having tea - but I completely hated tea until I was 15 because I thought it was way too bitter (as I mostly only ever drank the ones they had at yum cha or restaurants).

See I'm the opposite! As in Britain tea is usually always drank with milk (not like milk tea from bubble tea places which I do like), but just tea with milk and then maybe sugar. I never liked that and then only when I was about 16 myself I tried drinking it again but with no milk or sugar and liked it. It's a bit odd for me since I generally do not enjoy bitter and prefer sweet things.

It was -2C this morning when I left the house.

If only it was cold enough to actually kill me so I didn't have to deal with all this =/

Was -8 here last night and is +9 today. Nothing like a 17c swing to screw up your internal thermostat :frown:

Oh yeah and green without adulteration. Tea obviously.

I quit soda a long time ago.

It's just something I'm not really that much of a fan of these days. Unless it's like the only thing around to drink, then I'll just go with water 9 times out of 10.
