Perhaps in the future, there will come certain areas or events where you can trade pokémon ;) But you cannot trade just like that at any point, no.

While the Shifting Sands post is totally okay, the Redux post was made before you joined Meta Journey, so it's unfortunately not valid! You'll have to make a new IC post in order to evolve or capture a pokémon c:
