easy:
ok so before the pokemon announcement was a thing, I took a two hour nap and I overslept somewhat by a minute and woke up at 9:01 AM.
after that I ate pizza. eating big meals almost always makes me super sleepy and tired, so I took another two hour nap from like 11 AM or something to 1 PM
and then I was hungry and ate more again, got sleepy because again, eating stuff makes me tired and I went to take another nap and woke up at like 3 PM ish? so like, all were very short naps but very needed.

should be noted that this is my day off =P im going to have garbage tier level sleep tonight though bc of the naps.

I did pretty well for my first day back after this past weekend. I still don't know how I'll do tomorrow for work with taking my new meds at night.
