What are you doing just RIGHT now.

I'm so busy but I'm in a really bad place today and I just can't concentrate at all.

I'm going to bail, listen to some music or get ready for Yule or something, and deal with the consequences later I think!
 
Almost finished all my holiday shopping today.

I am not one for crowded stores, so it's a relief.

I did get myself some pizza from Subway which was nice.

Welp, it's the christmas holiday, which means another crunch period for me... time to work on that GDD (Game Design Document). With any luck, I might actually get it done & presentable for later... which is going to be extremely important when I'm going to try working on and justifying battle system changes/implementations in a community that isn't all that fond of radical changes to "the formula" the last time I checked.

Thankfully, like I said before in another thread, I can turn this into a standalone game if need be.

The guy finally came after chasing him up. He just left and it's nearly 1pm and I haven't slept in two days so I'm going to have some food (we didn't want to cook in case he came) then go to bed 😅

Man, glad to hear that it's at least sorted. Everything crossed it doesn't play up over the next week or so at least!

I am finishing up the last of Christmas/birthday wrapping up today, so I can try and enjoy the next few days with no stresses at least.
 
Just finished wrapping some Christmas gifts for my sisters! I took some of the wrapping paper scraps and spelled their names out in white glue, then doused them in glitter to put on each of the gifts. I'll tape them to the gifts once they're fully dried. Considering how messy glitter gets, there actually wasn't too big a mess of glitter to clean up lol

Well as soon as the off peak came on it blew again so still no hot water sadly😅

It's had a new timer / control box, then something else but I have no clue about that. The last time they changed the thermostat and said if it wasn't that then it will be the whole heating part and that will be a big job. Guess it's a big job then pmsl. It's only hot water and my cooker and kettle still work so at least we can eat. Worse things happen.

I am leaving for Christmas tomorrow so it will now have to wait till I get back and we'll just have to keep working around the hot water and pray the tank doesn't freeze when we're away! 🥶


Rn: filling up the bird feeders so the poor birdies don't starve while I'm gone <3
 
Procrastinating going to put my laundry in the dryer. I'm watching a Minecraft LP called Old Skool by Luvstar, I really love her vibes and commitment to making the kind of videos she likes rather than the ones that suit the YouTube algorithm. Later today I have to clean the bathroom, start packing for my Christmas trip, etc etc etc...
 
Doing some shoulder workouts, this happens to be my rest time between sets. 😄
