Where are you hurting today

My chest feels like someone sat on me.
 
Pretty much everywhere. A lot of pain. Especially my legs and feet.
 
I woke up today feeling like absolute garbage... I was in so much pain that I could barely move, so I just had to lay there for hours until it subsided enough to finally get up.
I'm very behind on everything today now as a result of this, and I still feel like crap...
 
My jaw. I grind my teeth at night in my sleep-- I don't mean to, but it happens and I get toothaches. Grabbed some extra strength Tylenol and and put a cold compress on my mouth to make this less of pain
 
I got a tooth filling earlier, so the left side of my mouth is numb. It feels like I have something sticky on my cheek, but when I try to wipe it off, it's tingly. They said it would wear off in about an hour, but for now I have to deal with this weird feeling.
