#whiteandgold vs #blueandblack

I thought it was just a regular old ugly white and gold dress lol. I think it's actually very interesting because I really can't see the black and blue even though it's clearly a black and blue dress!

That's the ugliest fucking dress I've ever laid my eyes on.

It's obviously a mix of both due to poor lighting or whatever.

I never had any interest in this debate, cause I just find it ridiculously dumb. On a side note, of course Fox News covered it.

For me it's blue and black. What's even more important than the color debate (to me) is the question; Why anyone would spend $77 on a dress so ugly? T-T

this cruel ordeal of Understanding The Dress has torn Matt and I apart.

he just won't stop seeing white and gold. it might be too late to help him. #teamblueandblack

Update: Dad accused me of being colourblind 'cause he's on team #blueandblack.

why are people so pissed off about this 'debate.' it's just a fun little thing, I think it's fascinating that this has literally stopped everyone in their tracks. it's all anyone talked about in school today, and it was talked about for at LEAST 10 minutes in four of my six classes today. That's Crazy. personally I'm team white and gold.

I think it's cool that people see different colors when looking at the exact same image owo

I'm just one of those people that doesn't really give a shit how many people are talking about something. How viral it went doesn't make it any less interesting.

I see blue and really dark/tarnished gold, by the way.

When I saw that picture on Facebook, I thought it was brown and blue on first sight. But looking at this it does seem more white than blue, surely.

omfg honestly people that are actually getting worked up about this debate need to Relax. how do you not find this fascinating... and even if you don't what's the point in getting actually upset about this? and this probably sounds rich because it kinda sounds like I'm upset about people being upset about it which is just crazy. so I'll stop now

more like TEAM WRONG AND WRONGER YOU LOSER LET'S FIGHT. winner picks the colour of the dress

srsly don't understand how it went so viral tho this has to be the most sudden viral thing going?

...what if the picture is encrypted with a brain-washing algorithm and this was just the test for the REAL DEAL...

seriously those who are actually getting worked up about how talked up this dress is need to chill the f out. it's 2015, social media is booming and stupid things like this will go viral every once and a while. get used to it, because it's only going to happen more and more often.

i think it's fun and innocent. and white and gold.

When I first saw it, I saw black and blue instantly. I had no idea what the context of this was. I just looked at the picture first and then read the thread. Then other people suggested other colors, and I was confused at first. "How can it be these colors?" I thought. But I looked at it for a few seconds, and then it also looked like it could be white and gold. Basically: my brain is confused now.

But I'll just go with black and blue due to my original perception unaffected by the opinions of others.

I love this. I've always been interested in how we process colour, and the way the internet has been divided over this is hilarious. People getting all pissy over it need to chill.

I'm on the white/gold side of things (although on first glance I see blue for some reason).

is there an #orangeandlightblue?
because yo i don't see either of those color combos and it's almost frustrating. 8(
