Your workout routine

I walk my dog, (a very good walker, that one) and tightly manage what I eat. I don't do too much 'proper' exercise, but I still do some. (especially my work in the Summer!)

I don't actively have a routine but I like riding my bike and swimming if the weather is nice enough. I also play ring fit adventure occasionally.

I have a barbell and rack at home, I try to use it 3-4 times a week. Took me years to get to this point (thought I hate exercise, but really I just hate pure cardio) but once I get warmed up it's all good; I just think about how I gained 10 kilos since I started just over a year ago and use that to push me further! I tend to just alternate between upper body and lower body, though I mix and match if I feel like it and figure doing something is better than nothing.

lotta squatting recently to pick up all the accidents our puppy produces, and the occasional brisk walk to the grocery store.
that's all i've been able to do since having to refocus all my physical and mental energy to puppy and work. one of these days i'll eventually return to a standard workout routine.

I am trying to bring up my arms, chest, and shoulders right now. This is my weekly routine. Sometimes I skip Monday and/or Wednesday since those are lighter arm focus days.

Sunday: Chest Focus
Monday: Arms
Tuesday: Chest (Just Flyes) & Shoulders
Wednesday: Arms
Thursday: Back & Shoulders
Friday: Chest (Just Bench Press) & Arms
Saturday: Legs

I don't go to gyms as I don't like the kind of fitness which gets eradicated once we stop doing it.

My fitness routine is simple. 20km-25km cycling daily, and just doing normal tasks manually and preferring to walk. So I don't prefer elevator and go by stairs if possible. If going to nearby places then either walking or riding bicycle.

Stamina is much more important I feel. And our diet also plays the vital role in it, hence I rarely eat anything funky or famous. I guess the blazing hot weather had played it's part as well !!

I walk around and lift enough at work, let me tell you.
But really, a nice walk once and a while is OK for me. One of my lungs doesn't work :(

I read the title and laughed because i'm extremely lazy lol. But then i remembered i used to do some exercises.
Mainly to improve flexibility which i have to Say it's not bad for me. I started with some meditation positions. I then did some waist exercises and a Little run on the spot. I usually used to walk to move in the city where I studied. But that wasn't Always Daily. It didn't last too long lol

I start going back to the gym tomorrow! I signed up to do kickboxing and Zumba, but for now I'm going to stick with cardio this week and work my way up later. It's been years, and as someone who's getting married next year -- I gotta get in shape!
