What kinda degree or qualification are you going for? If you've already completed study, how relevant is it to your daily life/your job? If you weren't doing what you were doing now, either in study or work, what field would you try instead?
I dropped out of college. During the time, my family lost the house I grew up in to the bank shortly after my grandfather passed away so the mortgage wasn't being paid so they were "homeless" for a little bit. By the time I dropped out, the living situation was resolved, however.
Then my dad had social services involved which made the stress of that grow. I was away at school and couldn't focus. It was all I thought about. I skipped classes a lot. I was always anxious and depressed, though these were situational rather than clinical. Then decided to come back home. Even though me being there wouldn't do anything to improve the situation, I still felt like at least I would know everything was okay.
I was in college for graphic design, though I don't feel like I need a degree for that. I am involved in web design now and plan on moving into that as a career path after I finish the projects I am currently working on. I am considering getting a qualification from some programs I have been seeing for some languages and following a JavaScript course. Unfortunately, I can't find any that are actually at least a little affordable. I can't really afford to be spending much.
Lately I have been missing school, though, and I'm considering going back to a community college. I took some classes at the community college a few years ago, and I kinda just miss it.
I am deeply unsatisfied with my life in the educational / career / financial aspect.
