Why did I read that as "porn", why?Never been a fan of school dances such as homecoming and prom.
Yeah, it's mainly for the ones graduating from "high school" or gymnasium as the somewhat same thing is called here. You're most often 19 when you graduate, or at least turning 19 that year. And the legal drinking age is 18. Then, some people take younger friends to be their dancing partners, but I guess they have to be sober at the sitting in the evening. Nobody really looks in the park with the champagne though, despite parents swarming 8) Or so I hope, hrrm.I guess in Sweden prom is when you are much older- as you mentioned having champagne? I entered University when I was 17-18 years old and so prom happened when I was 17- the legal drinking age in most of Canada is 19. Just something curious I noted just now.
