What I do hope is that Popplio's evolutions don't make it as unpopular as Tepig became, because I'm sure Tepig is the most unpopular starter among the general fanbase solely due to repeating the Fire/Fighting evos.

I could imagine the outcry if Popplio becomes even more of a clown if it evolves since everyone seems to hate the clown theme right now.

I heard speculation of a Water/Psychic Popplio evolution, it could get a ball that it uses for attacking, like how Oshawott's line has the shells.

Oehh.. Snakewood! played that one until like lvl 60, then I was a little demotivated to keep grinding up my pokémon. I did really love the game, so maybe I will go and start a new game soon:)

@Desishon: Have not played Glazed yet, but since I hear a lot of good stories there, I think I really should :)

Yeah I highly recommend doing so! And Glazed is fantastic I'll highly recommend it aswell, same with Liquid Crystal and Light Platinum!

Well Greninja is my fave Kalos starter mainly because I love frogs and ninjas (And Greninja is combo of those two things LOL)

Yeah Greninja is awesome. Definitely my favorite starter line in the Kalos region. Overall though, Infernape will always be number 1 in my heart for starters.

I remember when I used to not like Froakie as much as I do now, and it's mainly the evolutions and the cool moves it does in the anime that helped me find my love for the frog. Never let me down in my X playthrough.

Awesome that you can pick out your own pokemon! I would like to pick out Zubat, since Crobat was my first friendship evolution (even before umbreon/espeon). My favourite typing is Flying, second favourite is Electric. (poison third place)

I also wasn't a big fan of Chespin or Quilladin until I used them in a roleplay here on PC c: sometimes pokémon need to grow on you.
