Like teaching, or translation perhaps? I never knew you were interested in languages - how many can you speak?

I can speak 2 like a prooooooo, I'm learning two, and I know the basics of about 15 other languages.

Also I make up languages in my free time so I'm like really nerdy since this isn't the 1600s anymore where it was cool to be doing stuf like that :(

Maybe a teacher? Since your're bilingual or trilingual or octilingual (lmao), and you know your languages very well, you should probably consider that. :D

Or becoming a translator. One classmate I knew loved languages and changed his major after realizing he'd be very good at that.

Become the new Tolkien. Make up a language, write a book featuring it, become rich and walk around town hearing geeks quote your characters in their native tongue.

Of course I don't know if Tolkien ever got rich but.

Ozzy, I'm taking a major in chemistry :) Organic chemistry, most likely. It's really fun to be in the lab.

There should be a major in idiocy.
I would excel at that.
None of you would be able to keep up with me in class.

Ah
That reminds me
I have to finish my note cards for my thesis paper by tomorrow. Only 29 more to go. Considering we only need 35 . . . lol, I should do that. Shouldn't take too long. I hope.

And I'm reading GameInformer
asdfghjkl;
all the wants
but no money.
Gosh darn it.

I'm in my final year of high school, and I have no idea what to do with my life. :(

Guys, in two months, I'm going to be a Senior and on the last year of high school and still clueless as to what college program I'd go to in college ;;

I was thinking Pre-Med since I do want to become a doctor and such but I was also thinking of Comp Sci since I really love computers and such ;;

I'm so helpless in my future....

I'm totally gonna opt for Computer Science. Though it'll be hard considering the college I'm eyeing will have the Computer Science seats full in no time. I'm considering taking a drop this year to study sufficiently, obtain some good ranking in one of the competitive exams and then get it. I screwed up this year's exam. :(

Just curious, when did you guys first realise what you want to spend your life doing? (Or for those who don't know, is it a problem for you?)

i know that i want to become a doctor but i don't know which one.... And my twin sis will become an engineer and she also doesn't know which one :P :P
A few friends are planning on becoming gynecologist.. i think 3 or 4 are planning i am not sure..

Well for me it wasn't just like this one moment or anything. I just know that since I was old enough to comprehend stuff, I've been fascinated with medicine/doctors/hospitals. So that right there is pretty obvious...

I still dont completely know what I want to do. I'd love to have a career where I work with animals and help them. Ive been considering becoming a veterinary assistant, but there seem to be no schools around me that offer that program and I'm really dissapointed. It's quite discouraging so I dont know where to go from here.

I finally realized my true calling early this year/late last year. I went for my current uni's open day to check out what courses they offered, and on that day they had Psychology booths set up. I attended one of the talks, and the speaker, who is the Dean of the Psychology faculty, put forth such a charismatic speech that almost instantly made me see what I wanted to do. Great man he is. <3

Oh I don't know what I want to be. Well, actually, I want to be and do a lot of things but none of that's really a possibility because I'm not cut out for any sort of success and have no natural talent. So really I guess all I'm going to do is find a mediocre job and float through a boring life and do nothing. 's fine. Most people seem to do that anyway.

I probably realized within the last three years. I'm a writer, and that's what I like to do. I don't have to wait until I graduate to do it, either, which gives me some time for a head start, I guess. d:

Speak to me again in five years when I'm off living in a mansion I bought with the money I made writing a book that spread across the world overnight and invaded the homes of every human being and literate animal on this planet of ours, and all of the other planets that we don't yet know of just because it was so God damned awesome.
Believe it.

xD

DIE HARLEQUIN!

Well, I'm currently a computer science major, so hopefully I'll be able to go into my field as a programmer for some company. That's the dream right now, although I'm not sure if I'm going to stick with CS either =x

I don't know and it's worrying me. I'm quickly running out of time to choose something.
