The manuals specifically refer to it as a "slate", iirc, which basically means that it's what people call a tablet (since the form factor tablets use is referred to as a "slate" form factor). It's actually really easy on the hands for larger handed people like myself, like Evil Stud Muffin said.

Really? Hmmm. I have tiny hands. But I think the 3DS would be better for me, foldable and less... Big ^^

Looks like I have to choose between getting a new smartphone, new laptop or a 3DS this autumn, can't afford them all. The 3DS is probably not a priority, despite OrAS though :/
 
My current smartphone is all I need and I'm not going to change it. DEFINITELY buying 2DS and OR this autumn. New laptop will wait until summer next year. I'm going to buy a rocket at this time (with SSD for sure).
 
Well my iPhone 4 is slow and the glass is shattered on both sides 8) kind of need a new one. Meanwhile my computer is actually working even though I can't play much games, and I'm not dying without an extra handheld console.
 
I have to get electricity in the house, screw buying any electronics.

I'd honestly wait for the iPhone 6 to come out if you need one. Supposedly, they're being manufactured with sapphire in the screens, which has been tested to be very durable, no matter how much you tried to get the screen broken (even from scratches too).

When is it believed to come out? If it's like the start of 2015 I guess I can wait, otherwise I might get an iPhone 5s.

But it'll be so expensive haha. Best thing might be to buy 5s just before 6 comes out, right?

WUT??? That sounds really cool. However, my upgrade plan that i've used only allows a new purchase on it after two years I think, but is something I would crave.

Was talking about the hand-size issue with some friends yesterday...

Our children will adapt to have super-hands, only for us to get the hologram boards we'll always want.

As for the 6's coming out, heard the rumor my Nexus 5 will become some 6" phablet with Moto. No thanks x_o

They said around the end of September, like September 25th if I remember correctly. Only reason why I know that is because I have my upgrade right around that time and I was thinking of getting the iPhone 6, considering I'm sick and tired of crappy Samsung phones that keep breaking on me. I've got a Droid right now that only has a camera that works in one direction - that's definitely not going to fly when I'm trying to SnapChat people...
 
My 4S contract is up in October/September and I'm praying to god the 6 is out in time for my upgrade. (My 4S runs perfectly and doesn't have a scratch on it though)

I'm gonna get a new Android phone soon but idk which one yet. I have an S3 and it's alright but it's running super slow, which might be solved by wiping the phone instead of getting a new one but I'm not sure the steps to do that without losing all my data haha. I might wait though because I want one with Android L for development purposes.
 
Jesus Christ, you guys and your iPhones. Makes me want to hide in a corner with my plain Samsung Xcover.
On the other hand, my job is different so having such expensive and delicate phone would be pain in the butt. This baby what I got right now can whitstand lots of damage.
 
I have an iPhone 5S, as I mentioned, and I took the case off of it not overly long ago. Thankfully I haven't dropped it or anything recently; usually if I put on a case or a screen protector it tends to look a bit dirty if I take the case off, or a screen protector will leave it full of bubbles.
