Eh, I call em My-Mom's cakes.
140 gr butter
200 gr sugar
8 gr vanila sugar
4 eggs
200 gr self-raising flour (is that the correct term? its a bit of a literal translation)
Get butter on room temp.
Split eggs into yellows and whites, both need to be in a bowl you can mix in.
Add sugar and butter to the yellows. Mix thoroughly.
Slowly add flour, mix in between, dont add all at once.
Foam up the eggwhites with a mixer.
Carefully mix the foamed up eggwhite with the rest.
Put into a buttered cake form.
Bake at 180 degrees celcius for 1 hr approx.
Get out of the oven and let it rest at least 15 minutes before removing from the shape.
Let it rest another 4 hrs before consuming.
