6th Gen Favorite new ORAS mega?

Mega Metagross is my favorite one. =) Mega Altaria, Mega Gallade, and Mega Diancie are cool too.

Mega Altaria is the cutest thing ever and I absolutely love that it got a Fairy typing. Lopunny is adorable too, but I haven't been able to use it yet. Mega Sceptile comes in third. Rayquaza would be, but his is not technically a Mega.
 
While I didn't mind Mega Metagross (even though it's dominating OU currently), I do feel like a majority of the reason it exists at all was to give the Champion a Mega Evolution like they did in XY. Not that that makes it bad, though, it is pretty powerful even if it's with a couple flaws.

And I do want to try to use Mega Beedrill sometime thanks to Adaptability, but its physical defense is horrible and not easy to tread with when it has that 75 base Speed before Mega Evolving.
 
Mega Sableye - So cool. Wished it was a Sableye holding a Nokia 3310. (and nobody said it yet... -_-)
Mega Pidgeot - AKA Mega Bird Jesus.
Mega Beedrill - Finally gave Beedrill an actual purpose.
Mega Glalie - Iceplosion ftw.

mega sceptile, Metagross and Glalie, which were the ones I used most. I like mega beedrill's design.
 
I really like Mega Slowbro and Shiny Mega Beedrill, but I've not really used them as much as I thought I would... Used Mega Slowbro for a run through the Battle Mansion and Shiny Mega Beedrill for a Contest, but that's about it.
 
I love, love, love Mega Altaria. It is clearly the best out there...both competitively and casual. It's also very bulky. Currently for my Altaria, she is underleveled (L41) but she went through the E4 wonderfully. Its mega evo buffs it up.
 
I adore Mega Altaria. I already loved Altaria, then it got an awesome Mega Evo. Fluffy birds, yeeeeah!
 
Well I never do use any of the OR/AS megas, despite having a metagross in my team.

My favorite one is Swampert though. It basically looks like a mix between the Juggernaut from marvel and a swamp beast.

I named mine Steroids in AS, which was surprisingly not a censored name.
 
I'm going to have to say Mega Aerodactyl and Mega Altaria (as everyone else said). I dunno, Mega Aero really striked me when I first saw it, and Mega Altaria looks a lot more majestic. I love it :P
 
Mega Salamence. A lot of people mock it and I personally don't see it for that. To me, it has a cool, sleek design that is very aerodynamic and makes a lot of logical sense. Especially since my fiance explained to me how its crescent wings would be very viable for cutting wind resistance and allowing it to fly smoothly. It just looks like this badass flying red moon and a lot more original and interesting than the regular Salamence, which I thought was nice, but nothing to write home to.

Also, Mega Audino is absolutely beautiful. Its design has been improved a ton and it's a Fairy-type! It just looks like an angelic creature wearing an awesome cape.

Lastly, Mega Rayquaza due to the fact that it looks like a boss from Final Fantasy. I could just see it being from Final Fantasy VI or something. Very intimidating, and much farther away from the more cartoony, less serious designs of Pokemon. I like how it just pushes the boundaries and makes us take the series more seriously. The original design of Rayquaza always just looked weird and clunky to me, not like a graceful master of the skies. Especially that horrible mouth that shows all of these gums. But this makes it sleeker and much more beautiful, more believable as a Legendary.

Mega Salamence, Mega Slowbro and Mega Lopunny! =D As much as I like Mega Audino, it's sort of trying too hard. ):

Mega Slowbro is my favourite because it looks like a squishy wittle wubby-bubby in an eclair. ^3^ (and its so fricking obnoxious like srsly)
 
Probably Lopunny, Salamence, and Manectric. I'm always trying to slot those on a team somehow, and I use them in-game at the Maison a ton, even though Lopunny has a pretty shitty movepool lol
 
I do think Mega Audino had an alright design but sadly it was screwed over by having an ability that's useless in Singles. ):

And that Mega Rayquaza... We don't need to talk about how broken that thing is :P

When I saw Steelix, my favorite Pokemon get an evo, I was happy. Then when you saw the shiny version I just slapped my hands down on the desk and yelled out, "I'M SOLD!". So yeah, Mega Steelix is my fav.
