If you could choose a superpower, what would you pick?

I feel that I would like the power to fly as someone unable to drive due to being disabled this would be a perfect way to get around without the need for a bus or family pick-up.

I also can't drive due to extreme carsickness while sitting on the left (driver's side in the US) side of cars, but instead of flight, I'd take teleportation.

I've always answered telekinesis for the convenience of it, being able to move things without needing my hands or needing to be strong enough. Teleportation and shapeshifting are two I'd love to have though, they're great ideas.

Definitely the ability to talk to animals. I would hold conversations with my dogs and cats, and talk to the pets of other people, when they need an intermediary. I could maybe even be of help to wild animals, and try to reduce the amount of harm and misunderstanding that arises between them and us as humans. I would fancy being the new Doctor Dolittle.

My first thought was that it would definitely be the power of shape-shifting but... on second thought that is probably due to my self esteem issues so let's pick something else.

I already talk to animals (and everything in nature tbh) and would dearly love to be able to understand the replies. I think that would make me happy. I would feel at home.

But I think I'm going to choose some kind of telepathy that would allow me to make people feel the pain of those they hurt. I wouldn't want to achieve peace by controlling people's minds, but if I can show them how much pain and suffering they're inflicting then just maybe they'll feel some empathy and choose to stop what they're doing.
