    Basically, the reverse of the "Pokémon you like from your least favourite type" thread.

    Most of us have a type preference, either by picking a type that fits our personality or by accidentally getting attached to several Pokémon of the same type. However, it's only natural that we don't like every single Pokémon of our favourite type. Which are those Pokémon, and if you feel like expanding on it, why?

    As you know, I love Ghost-types, but I can't stand the Hisuian Zorua line. Personal history with the species aside, I am still somewhat fond of the original Unovan forms and H-Zoroark in particular looked to me like a regional variant you would find in an edgy fan game. I also can't stand Gourgeist, since it loses everything that made Pumpkaboo charming; thanks goodness it's a trade evolution. Finally, I could never quite take to the Misdreavus, Duskull, Frillish or Unovan Yamask lines either, but I don't pay them much attention either because they all have alternatives in their respective regions.

    As for Electric-types, my other favourite type, the (dis)honor goes to Electivire. How that thing evolves from Elekid and Electabuzz is beyond me; it looks nothing like them, and it's ugly in a not-endearing way. Plus, the species is usually associated with Trainers who are not very nice (the only exception being Gary in the anime, and even then he started out as a jerk.)

    EDIT: Forgot to mention another Electric-type Mon I despise perhaps more than Electivire - Stunfisk. How that thing made it out of the design room is beyond me, but even for joke Mons this one is offensively annoying.

    When it comes to water types, there are none I actively dislike. Basculin is quite boring to me though.
     
    There are only a couple Ice type Pokemon I deem bad, but this abomination gets the crown:

    Aw man… ya gotta make a choose a least favorite Fairy!?

    I guess I'm gonna choose Wigglytuff, strictly on the basis that it's basically the same as raising a Clafable but a little more boring. It doesn't really offer anything super unique..? Even Fairies like Mr. Mime or Granbull aren't usually considered favorites, but you certainly don't forget they exist! Wigglytuff just sorta blends into the background…
     
    Volbeat and Illumise. Very weak, forgettable Pokemon with imo a bad/ugly design.
     
    My favorite types are ground and ghost. Ground is my favorite to battle with, while ghost has a lot of my favorite designs. Diggersby is easily my least favorite ground type. It's mediocre in battle and it has one of the grossest looking shinies I've ever seen. As for ghost types, I don't outright dislike any of them, but Shuppet is my least favorite. It's literally just a blanket sheet ghost with a weird spike on it. At least Bannette is pretty cool.
     
    I can't decide nowadays if my fave type is electric or grass, but if it's electric, then my least fave electric type is probably Boltund (which is a shame because I so adore Yamper) and my least fave grass type is Sceptile. In both cases it's because I don't like the design compared to earlier stages ahaha.
     
    Views the "favorite type" part as the harder question. Holds no strong favoritism towards any type. Maybe Electric or Psychic? Contains a fair number of good Pokemon each.

    Electric: Arctozolt. Did not like any of the Galarian Frankenstein fossils. Tacked on Cubchoo's nose drip for some reason. No.

    Psychic: Probably Woobat. Feels almost as hodgepodge as Arctozolt between combining a puff of fur, wings, and a pig-like nose. And why would you give this pathetic thing Klutz? What did it do to you? Likens it to giving Luvdisc the Truancy ability. Is it solely for Trick + Assault Vest?
     
    I love Normal-types, but I was never really a fan of Eevee. I think it's overhyped and was forced into becoming mascot by GF. If dual types count, I also don't like Litleo line. It's only one of three Fire-types introduced in Kalos, which is disappointing disappointing .
     
    As much as I like the Poison type, many Poison-type Pokémon are...middling, to say the least. Many of them are from Gen I, so many of them are particularly boring to me. I especially dislike the Nidoran lines, because they really didn't need to make two of them.
