Granted, it becomes livable for a parasite that latches on to the polar bears, that has the side effect of making them talk. The catch? The Polar Bears get their own industrial revolution and become a super power that can easily destroy the world if they want to. (and they want to... 😱)

Granted, but next year, a meteorite falls in your garden. This meteor contains living organisms from another planet. These organisms take control of you, and you become a super-heroin with awesome superpowers. You decide you want to make the world better, but at the same time, you keep studying. Unfortunately, the day of next year's last exams, a giant Kabutops rises from the Atlantic Ocean, and starts to destroy the Western countries of Europe. You decide to save the world once again, but that means you need to skip, and eventually fail next year's exams.

I wish for my apartment to auto-clean itself.
 
Granted, it automatically chucks out everything (and I do mean everything 😈) in it once a week, straight into a dumpster. It then calls a cleaning company to clean it and waits for next week =3
