While the art style or character design of Steven Universe can take some getting used to, that's not a reason to hate on it. Or to insult people who actually do like the show and want to showcase their enjoyment of the show by using SU avatars.

Actually, an insult would be insulting towards the person wearing said avatar and I can't even recall me saying I hate them. But it is interesting, how people suddenly jumped to the defense on such a case. Now that I think about it, I think, I understand how flamewars are created and trolls can survive so long on the internet.

If you can unintentionally create such a conflict, by simply putting up your opinion and without explaining it in a 1000+ words long essay, then it's definitely easy for someone to do that intentionally. Actually, that's not even the first time that ever happened to me. I might have to think about it...on my long stoney road to find friendship, someday.

I don't watch many cartoons. Steven Universe looks cute, though. If it's as they say, that it's actually got a plot, I might be interested. I almost watched Adventure Time at some point. But not far.
