tomorrow i'll be going on a cross country trip to my boyfriend's house because i'll be moving in with him and this is the first time i've ever driven so far in my life by myself and i'm kind of anxious about it! my question for pokecommunity is, however, have you ever been on a road trip, whether it be by yourself or with family/friends and what's the longest road trip you've ever been on?

Oh! We're actually on a 19 hour road trip to a new home in Nova Scotia! We're currently in Ontario. It'll be stressful and I'm not looking forward to it.

Are you driving there alone or is your boyfriend gonna be with you the whole time, and is it just a drive there or do you plan to do things along the way?

idk, long drives just to get to a destination were never my thing really, would rather take a plane, even if that's not perfect either

Longest roadtrip? Technically, it was a 14 hours drive, but we slept at my cousins' who lived halfway.

I've never driven this long by myself, but I've experienced road trips with my family and school for years now. Every summer we travel from the North of Italy to the south part (Naples) to spend time there and it usually takes around 6 and a half hours to get there if the traffic is regular also accounting for some stops on the way; once we got really stuck in traffic due to a car crash and it took 9 hours.
The longest trip I've been on was when I went to Strasbourg by bus with my school, it took somewhere around 10 hours... these trips are a bit stressful, but relaxing at the same time.

in a few weeks ill be going on a 9 hour trip to san diego

i think the most ive driven is about 13 hours? that sounds right. i went to seattle.

My family and I have been on the road trip about twice when we celebrated Chinese New Year years ago. I still remember when all the speedboat tickets were all sold out, so my relatives suggested us to take a road trip as an alternative, with someone paid to drive the car to reach my relative's city.

We take a long road filled with curves and ups and downs, taking a queue to hop in to a huge ship, and then on the road again until we reached the destination, and it sure takes some time, somewhat longer than when I'm on the speedboat. And we got to take the same route in reverse when we're going back to my hometown.

Road trips are great. I toured New Zealand on our honeymoon. Some days drove for 9 hours or so, but mostly took it more casually than that. Been on several smaller trips.

ive driven like 4 hours max myself which is pretty big for england anyway

in cars without driving myself we've done some 16-20 hour stints round europe
