Lets just say i learned a hard lesson about my social anxiety and how i seem to function because of it.

Its something i noticed before but metrocon really made me realize.
I know that feeling all too well. I hope you're feeling better. :( Just remember, anxiety is like the clouds, they always pass. <333

And speaking of anxiety, I am currently crammed into a tiny seat at a baseball game that I don't want to be at with a metric ton of drunk people all screaming at the same time.

I'm guessing someone dragged you to go with them? :<

overall yeah! roleplaying and talking about things that are currently within my comfort zone is helping but I did feel bad that day with what happened.

oh nooooo please treat yourself or something after that ordeal. :(

The ol' father in law. Same person who dragged me to the racetrack 2 weeks ago where I got sun sick/burnt. Good news is that the temperature is pretty nice right now, bad news is that I'll be here for about another...two or three hours.

I don't even know anything about baseball like wtf I better get some icecream out of this. >:[

i've never really fan of going to live sport events - hopefully it wasnt too unbearable jo
hello friends i'm home from miami and boy my cats missed me

I remember that I used to care about sports back when I was like 12-13 but.... hardly as much these days. Don't really care for that kind of stuff, anymore. :<

Also hi tyler I hope you had fun in Miami!!

Hang in there! You'll get to a better place soon. Or I really hope you can. Depression sucks I should know. It kicks my ass everyday too. But just keep fighting everyday. That may be cheesy but I know you can.

Hope so too Ash. Also hope you have supportive people around you. I find secluding yourself usually makes things worse even if that's one of the first impulses you get.

Hi everyone!

I've had a terrible few weeks dealing with severe depression, it has really been kicking my derriere and I haven't been in a very good place. Hopefully I'm slowly starting to get better now.

Hope you hang in there and things get better, Ash! I've been struggling with depression a lot, myself. My job doesn't help with things either given the crap I have to deal with x.x

got home from work not too long ago and unsurprisingly had a mini-argument with my mom

Millennials: We worked to death by having 20 jobs with little pay. Hate the media calling us lazy. The baby boomers are to blame.

Also Millennials: What is that new craze Gen Z is doing? Oh my gosh why they already have I Phones when they're only a baby!

And all serious though, I know that feel too well. Get that every so often with my family also (sighs).

Okay this though. I've seen a lot of millennials criticize boomers for how many they talk us down and make us seem bad and then they will talk down gen z and make them seem bad. Like if you're gonna criticize a generation for doing it then dont do the same to the next generation. If that makes sense. Like I have a few gen z coworkers and i don't understand some of their behavior and the way they act/talk but I'm not gonna judge them for it and act like how they do things and how they carry themselves makes them the worst generation ever. Every generation has awful and stupid people in it honestly.

I'm ok, but I regret ingesting carbs and I think I will definitely keep staying away from it 😅
