I'm here and hella queer. Been hyped ever since it was brought up in VIP.

Now to wait for people to create their regions so that I can decide what to join. B)
 
This is such a great idea! It'll be fun seeing everyone's concepts, and I hope I can build mine up into something enjoyable as well ^^

If you're planning on joining, what kind of things are you looking for to make that decision?

So far there's a lot of promising regions, I don't know how to choose between them. How will you guys decide?

Wow, this all looks very cool! Loving seeing people's ideas! I think I'll lurk for a while then maybe join a region when I'm sure what's what! :)
 
Words cannot describe how excited I am for this to finally be a real thing after the thread in the VIP was all up and happening. Guess I'll be doing concepting for the next while before I actually make a thread.
Seeing a lot of ROMs or ROMs to be regions, however I want to try work in some 3D modelling compositions instead of pixel art like what most people are doing as part of mine.

Just some minor thing I noticed: while the region creators made good work in explaining what their region is all about, what's missing is an explanation of what the name of the region actually means. I feel like if they explain where the name comes from and what it means, that can already help in understanding the basics of the cultural roots of said region.

and likewise, if the creator can't explain the name, then the name is just nonsensical and serves no purpose other than "oh this sounds foreign so it must work for a name."

also, why is there a region called Violight when there was a region called Violight in Pokémon Conquest? Like . . . okay.

I'll get there eventually. I do have a reason, I think. Part of was just because I thought it sounded cool.
