TinyPic is shutting down

This is what appears whenever you go to TinyPic's website. Can't say I'll miss them especially with how they handled image hosting and recycling of image links over time.

Same here, but I've heard of them. I still have some stuff on Photobucket, but I'm working on transferring everything to imgur.

Rip, though. I never used it, well, I did, when my computer had viruses back in 2008, but that's it.

It was a slow and painful death of a barely remembered image hosting site.

Probably feels like it was dead already due to imgur's popularity and the fact that we banned use of tinypic urls a few years ago

I used Tinypic for a long time until I discovered Imgur and then eventually started using discord servers for this sort of thing. Still it's sad to see them go. RIP Tinypic.

I remember when I made use of it but that was many years ago. It's become awful and clunky. Just logged in to see if I had anything stored worth saving, but it's ridiculously glitchy with the album/image numbers changing depending on the page I go too. Hopefully this doesn't mean I can actually access other people's content. /:

A lot of my stuff on tinypic are from like 2005-2009 and probably gone. I never really used it and went to Photobucket and now imgur so I can't say I'll miss it. Might try to retrieve my account and see if there's anything worth saving.
