"Water..... Key to success......."

    When you're given a choice of a drink, what do you normally choose?

    I usually stick with water, but recently I've been drinking root beer and lemonade a bit too. I usually have water at home with me 24/7, though. How about yourselves?
     
    Water, unsweetened tea, or black coffee. Maybe once a week I'll drink some soda or a macchiato, but for the most part, that's it.

    I only allot myself so many calories, and I'm not wasting them on beverages when the three I listed above suffice enough and are 0-10 calories max.
     
    Water 1, Pepsi/Coke 2, Peach Iced Tea 3.

    I drink a ton of water daily. Ever since I got my second kidney stone in the 8th grade, I decided it would be best to keep things flowing.
     
    I used to drink a lot of sweet drinks, like juices and soda and milk, and barely ever really drank plain water or tea, but lately I've been trying my best to drink at least a litre of water a day. Preferably more, but you know, baby steps and all that. I think it'll be a positive influence on my health, though, and it helps with the calorie intake too, yeah (:
     
    I've been trying to watch what I eat/drink so this year I've been drinking pretty much nothing but water. I might occasionally switch it up and grab a Gatorade or something, though.

    I don't allot myself calories, but I have the same feeling about drinks. Water for something cold, tea for something hot, and rarely anything else.
     
    Either water or coffee here. Sometimes I'll have cola but that's a treat.
     
    I like tea (leaf flavoured water). Black tea is pretty good.
     
    For regular hydration, alkaline water.

    For mealtime consumption, fruit tea, carbonated grape juice, fruit juice and soy milk.
     
    Water 98% of the time. <3 There are days where I mostly drink tea (unsweetened, I never ever add sugar to my tea) though, usually in the fall or winter, but water is always my go-to. I absolutely hate soda and still can't comprehend how some of my friends live on it. Godawful for their health/teeth too.
     
    Water and coffee are my two main go-twos when it comes to staying hydrated (although coffee technically makes you more thirsty imo. I'm pretty sure I read that somewhere.) I used to drink Diet Coke a lot but I really did not like how addicted I was to it so I cut down on it and thankfully it's not part of my system. It was a long time coming honestly.

    So now I essentially just drink water. I tried getting into tea but I'm not the biggest fan of it. I generally drink around 750-1000ml of water a day so I still stay hydrated.
     
    I mainly just drink water. I usually have a glass of milk once a day and when we go out to restaurants I'll get sweet tea, but that's not terribly often.
     
    Most of the time, I stick with cold water (preferably with ice). If I'm out at a restaurant in the evening, I'll often get something alcoholic as well (beer or a frozen margarita), and on rare occasions, I'll have soda (mainly when I fly, or sometimes I have a bit of Coke when I want a slight caffeine boost, but not as much as I would get from coffee). And then there's coffee for when I really need an energy boost.

    Mainly, though, water is my go-to beverage.
