To be honest, I'm just as fine being a Tier 5 supporter as I would be if I wanted to be a Tier 6 supporter.
 
The only thing that I even really worry about with the supporter ranks are the avatar sizes, in all honesty. 170x170's neat-o for non-staff :p
 
Having a blog is also a pretty cool thing to have. I believe you need 10,000 posts as a regular member to get it, but if you donate a measly small amount to become a Tier 2 than you are able to get that option. Avatar sizes are nice yes, but I personally think that's a better incentive in becoming a supporter to the site.

You were right, I was wrong! Although if the 5,000 posts amount got changed though, then the staff needs to update the FAQ portion involving blogs.
 
Nope, H-Staff bumped it down to 2K. At least I remember something about that in the Small Changes and Updates thread, correct me if I'm wrong. >_>
 
I tried the whole blog thing, never really got into it. IRC is my new true love, though. Got a good client and a good base to talk with, and for the first time I actually conversed mutually with Jake lol

It's only gonna get better from here :D
 
I'm actually stuck in a conscience conflict right now because I ave no clue if I should join that IRC or not...
I mean, it seems cool and everything, but on the other hand, it's something new to me
And I'm afraid of new things D:
 
I've had blog access for ages, but never really posted any entry. ;o; Have no idea what to write about. As for IRC, I like it, but not very used to it, though. It'll take a while. Glad that the chat's been relaunched; apparently, it used to be a huge part of our community.

Ah, I saw you there! xD I went on the IRC first thing today when I joined [Yup! I'm new, hiii.], and although it was a bit different from what I'm used to [conversation wise] I thought it was neat to be able to have that here as well [I've used the IRC on other sites before, so I'm not new to it by any means].

I only chatted for like 15 minutes or so though xD The conversation there was really casual, but at the same tine, everyone seems to already know each other pfffft. Was hard to get into it right off the bat. I may open up the window again later though and say hi. :]

IRC's cool, just slip in and talk about whatever's going on. Have a laugh or two, be silly. That's what I do :P

I don't even know how I did it, but I just jumped in maybe a half a week into the relaunch. At the current moment I'm really excited about the current ongoings and am terribly ecstatic for what's to come. Not to mention I'm killing the rankings for activity, which is easier than it looks for me I guess :p

I dunno about it… I guess the IRC makes me feel… free. I feel involved, dedicated, and content with everything about it. I get to talk to Steve and Jake actively, which is a treat, and of course whenever Audy or Nica pops in. Twocows is amazing to talk to, too. :3

Not too keen on IRC myself from the past, but maybe I'll give it a try ;P
 
The IRC chat is a ton of fun.
Well, I think so, at least. I've been going on there for like 8 years. u_u;;;

It's always nice to have new faces there :)
 
Been an avid user of IRC, but on the PC IRC I tend to say "sup" and...just stay quiet later on. But it is fun though!
